Okay, so two immediate points leap to mind towards Kazumi knowing something big.

First, her cleansing her friends before herself is the exact course of action she took when witchbombed, and she's been taking it here.

Maybe it isn't necessarily the witchbomb she knows. Nevertheless her putting that much effort into, and being that worried about us bringing up that she's neglecting herself when we met her, point to her knowing that there's a great deal of gravity to remaining clean. Beyond simply "ceasing to be a magical girl."

Certainly I can see her doing the same "just" from the lichbomb's knowledge that one must cleanse or die, but for her to put her friends first like at all that means does know how important it is to remain cleansed, one way or another.

Beyond that, note how seriously she took Oriko's warning:

She doesn't just talk about it. Calm, collected, ever pleasant and good at hiding things Kazumi, snaps at Mirai. It wouldn't have gotten to her like that if she didn't care a lot. Which speaks to this topic mattering to her for some reason. Like if she knows an infohazard herself.

So I'm going to insist on having some version of that there.

In Kazumi Magica, she isn't, which is super weird because, yes, she's the scientist of the group. That said, given she's apparently doing whacky soulgem/griefseed studies, I have honestly no idea how she'd have avoided being witchbombed...

In any case, I'm not at all comfortable assuming she's lich or witchbombed - this is the sort of thing that you should err on the side of caution of. Besides, if she is lichbombed, then she'll catch onto the "QB lies by omission" thing without us having to explicitly re-iterate it.
 
"I'm the luckiest meguca to ever exist!" exclaimed Sabrina while nuzzling Mami's cheek. While hugging her. While jumping in place.

... Even Mirai was giving them strange looks.

"That's not true..." denied Mami bashfully, cheeks red. She half-consciously threw some glances around at the blatantly staring meguca, but she couldn't bring herself to interrupt Sabrina's cheer.

"It's true, it's true!" re-affirmed the white haired girl, laying a brief kiss on Mami's forehead. "I'm the only meguca to have a Mami, after all!" she explained with a bright smile.

The blonde, though even blushing more furiously than before, became still, looking down.

Immediately, Sabrina pulled her even closer; she looked at Mami's golden eyes, foreheads touching.

"What's wrong, Mami?" she asked quietly, all trace of cheer gone, or buried under a layer of worry.

The girl in her arms, the musketeer, the golden magical girl extraordinaire, bit her lip and fidgeted.

Silently, the girls' friends made their way out, leaving the two alone.

A minute passed in silence, Mami gathering her thoughts, Sabrina waiting patiently, not pushing her further.

Then Mami's head rose, misty honey eyes meeting concerned blue ones once more.

"Nobody else wanted a Mami..." the blonde's words cut through the silence, "... wanted me..."

"Mami-"

The blonde shook her head, burying her head on Sabrina's shoulder, who held her close as she let out a few shuddering breaths.

The taller girl kept Mami as close as possible, whispering reassurances to her ear as she rubbed circles on her back. It seemed to work, as after a few minutes, Mami slowly relaxed.

"You're wrong, you know?" the blonde asked softly, her voice slightly muffled by Sabrina's shirt.

The white haired girl shook her head instinctively, but Mami went on: "I'm the luckiest meguca in the world," she elaborated. "I have a Sabrina," she said, only a trace of hesitation in her voice.

"Hnnnnng..." Sabrina made a happy noise as she tightened her embrace on the blonde, who giggled and returned the gesture.

"Doesn't make sense," said the Grief controller after a moment. "Having a Sabrina better than having a Mami? Nope, doesn't compute."

"Must be the faulty programming," joked Mami, looking at Sabrina and poking at her head with one finger.

The white haired girl gaped- then let out a startled laugh.

"Nah, I'm certain the part of my brain that knows Mami Tomoe is the most awesome girl in the world is in perfect working order," she winked. "The brain damage is in a whole different section of my head!"

Mami laughed softly. "You don't have brain damage," she smiled. "And I'm luckiest to have you."

Sabrina shook her head once more, eyes closed. "Still doesn't make sense..."

"Agree to disagree?" asked the blonde, laying her head on the taller girl's shoulder once more.

Sabrina hummed, face buried on Mami's hair. After a long deliberation, she answered.

"I grudgingly accept this agreement. Even though you're wrong."

Mami let out a long sigh.

Many minutes passed before the girls let go of each other.
 
So...I've got good news and bad news.

The good news is, with the pair of MGs moving in from Shiogama, there is now a third MG couple in Mitakihara!

The bad news is that they're also really depressed and still in mourning over their dead teammate.
 
So, we're dead even on these two votes. More discussion, or consolidation?
