The idea with bringing up Clear Seeds, I think, is to make her realize that she's not actually doomed and doesn't need to keep up a brave face and refuse help while she's slowly dying.
If I can suggest a couple additions:
[ ] Keep comforting and encouraging Mami.
[ ] Confer with Mami and then dig a bit.
-[ ] Verbally: Tell Mami you think she's hiding how bad the situation really is.
-[ ] Telepathically: Continue the conversation. Make arrangements to meet up as quickly as possible. Tomorrow, or even tonight; in five minutes or less, if necessary. Offer ferry services.
-[ ] Explain: Your ability to refresh Seeds, so don't discard them. Clear Seeds, every meguca group should have one, you'd appreciate the chance to have more beta testers.
[ ] Let Mami and Kazusa spend as much time as they need chatting and reconnecting.
[ ] Post-conversation debrief. Request Cone of Silence.
-[ ] Go over possible pitfalls in Asunano, including mind control and/or power stealing. Go over possible counters, that Kirika and Homura working together may be necessary.

With Michiru maybe-possibly spiraling right now, or at least getting very close, an all-too-likely possibility given that she is showing signs of hidden distress when her Wish power is to be able to cover up such signs, she may no longer be in the right mindset to seek out a cleanse in a timely manner. Remember how often we had to remind Mami to cleanse her Gem when she was feeling down?

I think that this is a "better safe than sorry" situation. Especially because Mami's on the line.

Except we have information saying that she will flat-out ignore horrifying situations right up to the point where they kill the people around her. Having known people like that in person, she could easily be politely making plans for tomorrow to politely solve the problem that is going to result in her witching out thirty seconds after we get off the phone. Her plans are not acceptable evidence.

If you're that worried, then play it cool, get off the line with Kazusa, say goodbye to everyone, then the moment we get Homura in timestop we make a quick jaunt over to Asunano and buzz the city looking for Soul Gems to clean.
The thing is, it seems kind of, I dunno, metagame-y, to think that Kazusa is literally going to Witch out tonight. I'm willing to be persuaded otherwise, but I'm not seeing it as likely that we have to immediately timestop and travel over to her house for an emergency cleanse like that. I sure as heck am seeing warning signs of future trouble, but nothing on that level. Do you have a different take?
