Yeah, using Elsa was the simplest face-claim I could do at the time back then, but I'd say she's rather sufficiently diverged at this point, especially now that we have Total War Warhammer III providing plenty of examples of Ice Witches in appearance and dress. So she still has the longer blond hair, but she's also got the notable streaks of differing texture of aged hair going across the top of her scalp and on the bangs of the left side, plus a near imperceptible white pupil dot in a crimson bestial eye on the left as that of a Frostfiend. And the literal actual iron claws on her left hand, which she often keeps concealed in a black glove. Plus, she wears Ledstahli now, which would take the different shades of blue-black ice plate over her body with the Visage of the Ancient Widow worked into the breastplate casting an intensifying Terror aura on her enemies. Blade in one hand, magic in the other, power stone necklace concealed within the Ledstahli. Like, yeah, originally, the idea was aristocratic classical Russian blonde woman, but Elsa was the simplest at the time with blonde+ice powers, lol.
If you really wanted to go grungy with it, there is the scene where she's so absolutely pissed about the situation and Frederick's imprisonment/torture while sharing some of the pain into herself that she straight up broke a bunch of the teeth on left side of her mouth from grinding them so hard. Blood and chips of bone spilling from her mouth before she formed ice block replacements to numb and close off the bleeding, spilling out of the grille of her helmet. At the moment, I imagine Natasha and Alexandra having helmets with the same sort of facial fronting as, say, Goblin Slayer, whereas Frederick has a more covering one with a slot for the eyes.
