    TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

    To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

    I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

    I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

    I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

    You looked at Carrie as you woke up, looking into her sleeping eyes before they opened and met your own. "Good morning." You said quietly. Mary was finally sleeping in a schedule and this is the first time you both had a good night's sleep in a very long time.

    "You okay?"

    "Slept like a baby." You said. "Or Mary at this point. How about you?"

    Carrie took a moment to think for a moment before she kissed you. And you both kissed each other for several seconds before pulling away. "Always better with you."

    "Well, I'm not leaving you anytime soon." You whispered.

    A moment passed before you heard crying, and then both of you realized Mary was hungry. And possibly dirty. "I'll-"

    "Yeah, we'll do that," Carrie said as she got out of bed and ran towards Mary. "Can you get breakfast ready?"

    "Sure, eggs and bacon?" You asked.

    "I'd love that." She replied as she ran out of the room.

    Ah, Mary always knew when you two woke up so that she could cry for attention. It made you wonder.

    • Hmm, well, one final meeting with Toho over the custody of Kagemusha...Man this is seriously starting to feel more and more like a messy divorce. Still, since we'll be going for the Empire option then we might as well deal with them when we're there. Skywalker Ranch is of course a must, though what kind of bonus do you think we'll get for it?

    On personal matters I think it's obvious which ones we¡re taking, but what does Columbia have to do with it? Did we get that close with Alan, or is it because the deal was through us rather than Lucasfilms?

    What else...? Oh, right. We should try to network Toei and Daiei while we're in Japan. Then also see if we can buy the rights for Minority Report, and any and all works from Roald Dahl could benefit our library as well.

    Is this for Star Wars? If not then why are we directing again during Star Wars sinds we're directing that.

    I would kindly request that we change an action so that we can either invest in to Apple ( eiter as a buy-out or as a netwerking action) or into a investment into LucasFilm like a proper legal department.

    Each success gives us a flat bonus to their audience and critic reception so it is interesting to do it.

    I agree that we should get Apple, but since Apple won´t enter the stock market until December of 1980 we should focus on networking first

    Beyond this being a fun side quest, since we were already going to be in Japan, we might as well expose ourselves to a different way of thinking and see how to best address those who'll be working with us and get a better working relationship with the local industry.

    That, and we're essentially getting paid for marketing the new movie, and hyping everyone local up for the fact it's being filmed on location in Japan.

    Besides Swords Are Awesome, as an action director, wouldn't be important that we know the extent of how the tools our actors are using in order to better keep the crew safe?

    Given the synergy with swordsmanship, we can learn how to better incorporate whatever we learn from the experience into future productions.

    Help Kurosawa get his movie from Toho and begin to do great things with him. Start filming Empire and make a worthy Star Wars sequel. Help George with Skywalker Ranch though I'm a bit surprised he didn't create it buy now, he's definitely rich enough to do it on his own. Invest in purchasing the rights to The Shining and Salem's Lot which is probably King's most famous vampire story and we're kind of the kings of vampires. Establish a legal firm to help with the Toho nonsense and all future legal battles. Lastly finally distribute Enter the Dragon, since Brandon just decided to become an actor, use this as motivation.

    Help Brandon push further through school. Make sure Mary and Debbie are safe while we're in Japan. Have some fun with Carrie and a nice family beach day before we commit months of Star Wars work. Help Joseph in whatever bullshit he's in, probably KGB. Vibe with the Lees in tandem with the release of Enter the Dragon, but if we fail this action I'm not picking it again cause the DC is not worth it.

    Lastly Plan for the future which is a smart investment since the last time we passed everything we got an all autopass turn out of it. Bruce and Carrie both want a second child so that's an obvious goal. Win an Oscar so that we can prove our glory as an actor, director or producer and not become a Leo. Be a good mentor and help Brandon through school. Become fluent in a language because it's always a nice skill to have. Lastly be a great husband and support Carrie in whatever she desires.

    He's only made 5 books. We already adapted Carrie and the two I'm not picking is one on a school shooting which many agree is one of King's worst books and the other one is too long and intense to currently adapt.

    As for 2 million, he's still a relatively new author and we've already shown ourselves to adapt his works in high quality with Carrie. I think this is a decent price.

    1) We're dealing with Lightsabers not real Katana's so we don't need to worry about being cut up
    2)We can train with swords later and not when we're about to film Star Wars in Japan
    3)The first Star Wars was already great when we brought experts who knew what they we're doing
    4) Do you really think we can master swordsmanship in a couple of months while still working on Star Wars?

    Unless we roll horribly and fail then we would sabotage our film. I would rather heal our media probleme's a different way like talking to Clint Eastwood a veteran of this industry.

    Okay? You know we can do that without wasting time on auditions? Like set-up a networking action or something. And we're in Hokaido, a long way from Tokio and Kyoto we're all these studio's are.

    We're filming Star Wars , the flagschip of our studio, and we don't have all day in Hokaido. So I would rather focus on Star Wars now and not waste our time on 'side-quest's'.
