    TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

    To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

    I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

    I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

    I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

    I'll see you all around.

    Okay so in terms of Lucasfilms stuff, I want to wait on Editing until we resolve the Rocky issue so that way if things get really bad then it won't affect editing or vice versa. Have the Christmas party to have a good time, but I don't really see why Bruce is a Grinch about it. Also see how Warner will be looted so we get our slice of the pie. Hope that at the very least we get THX back. I would go for a distribution release, but Magoose said that we'd be releasing Lone Wolf and Cub this turn so I'll wait for next turn so Lone Wolf has a chance to do well on its own.

    Continue our Olympics work, hopefully get more inspired with Shirley. Have Carrie write Playground to work on one of our scripts as she asked, help her with a film where she's the main character and lay the groundwork for an early strong start with Robin. FINALLY continue writing Marathon Madness and make our second script with hopeful inspiration from our Olympics stuff. Check in with Clint in his post-Josey Wales success. Finally call our parents since it's been so long since we talked to them and have some nice Christmas family fluff.

    I feel Carrie publishing her diaries should be an important step saved for much later in her career when she's already more of a Titan than she already is and her and Bruce have been cemented as the ruling monarchs of Hollywood. Third option is real tempting but Carrie already has an OP bonus of +150 for the next three years and I think she'll be great as she is now.
     
    We're gonna need to build up a robust network of language and cultural translators to take advantage of that Japan windfall though. Because at this time, nobody is weeb enough to know anything about Japan beyond what is shown in our movies and the rare few articles that deals with too specific topics to be of much use.

    If we rename the Kung Fu Kid as the Karate Kid, could we film in Japan for free? Or perhaps we film the Star Wars sequel in Japan, a whole new planet never seen before!

    Lets start with the US Miltary Bases in Japan, they have people who grew up watching the stuff and learning the language I'm sure we can find people.

    Huh...I guess The Final Sakura Blossom might be made much earlier than I thought it would. I was pretty sure it wouldn't see the light of day until the '90s. It would pair nicely with the other Japanese Shakesperean Drama being made right about now...

    So, with the Olympics coming up, shouldn't we be taking the Working Out action to make sure we are in peak condition for that?

    One idea I have is to shot the Hoth scenes in Japan's snow country up in Hokkaido, and make the yeti monster (forgot the name) draw inspiration from oni.
