Lights... Camera... ACTION!!: A Hollywood Quest

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi Magoose here one of the guys helping Duke.

So we have some bad news.

The quest has been canceled as duke does not want to write it anymore.

I'm going to ask if I can take over for it, because I like this quest, and it would be a shame to kill it
TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

I'll see you all around.

With so many regards, Duke William Of.

Do you all think Kengan Ashura could work as a tv series we could make? And will PoP have Time Only Knows?

First time posting in the thread, but I've been following the quest for a while.

TBH, as much as I love Star Wars Visions as a concept, we should wait until the Original Trilogy is over before greenlighting any animated Antology...

I mean we should give the studios something more than a single film work with, let's finish the trilogy so that the studios have a setting and lore developed enough to make something oroginal but coherent with the main series

Universal is actually not going to be gambling as much as you may think.

Because Kubrick came to them because they were the only people that could foot the absolutely enormous bill that was required to make the film.

Also they can split it into multiple parts, and you know what Universal saw?

Massive dollar signs.

Ah that makes a heck of a lot of sense. If Napoleon is split into three or four parts and each part gets Some Nights level of money then Universal can get a couple of billion dollars. Guess Kubrick is gonna be our Darth Vader.

Actually, funny that you should mention that:

CBS saving Wonder Woman:
D100 => 80

Lucille swept up and offered to produce the whole series, with a grand total of 54 episodes...

Saving Linda's Career as an actress in the process.

Said that "Something tells me it would be what Bruce would like to see."

Awww, just another reason why I love Lucy. Hope we can cast Linda for one of our movies, I would be heavily indebted to anyone who found a way to get her into Star Wars as Winter.

Still the exact same cast. Sorry, but that wasn't changing.

Hey you sure as hell won't see me complaining. Rocky casting was perfect overall and I would have shed some tears if we didn't at least get Carl Weathers and Talia Shire.

He's been working other bit parts, but he's been tapped to do some...

big part somewhere, but only I know.

That's good to see, what hate to kill his career though acting alongside Carrie is worth it. Hope the big part is an early Blade Runner.

For Warner Brothers collapse I'm mostly focused on the rights to Looney Tunes.

Right now in the 70's the franchise is kinda stalled out, but the syndication rights on television are still good and it's still remembered fondly by like two whole generations. And it would make a great starting point if Lucasfilms ever starts up an animation department.

Agreed. For my ideal Looney Tunes comeback either we do a revamped sketch comedy show with some new Tunes to join the classics or we do a semi-serialized comedy like the 2010's The Looney Tunes Show where the Looney Tunes deal with everyday stuff that rapidly escalates into Looney hijinks. Also if we get the Looney Tunes we can be the ones to create Roger Rabbit, Space Jam, Back in Action and Animaniacs!

Perhaps sacrilege to ask considering she has the dices' favor, but if we made a terrible first impression with Carrie, who else were potential romantic candidates?

Bruh, just read a comment so filled with heresy that now I wanna commit Exterminatus on the thread.

No there is a thing that is a new action about changing the release of certain films.

And that might really anger him.

So what are people's opinions on this? I'm willing to put in the work with an Omake for a security blanket, but should we even do so in the first place considering we already made George change his mind by agreeing to Rocky's creation? Maybe we can compromise and have Star Wars come out in the summer and Rocky around its OTL date, that way we get a boost from Bruce's Olympics performance.

I think it would be worth it, if only because getting those Films released ASAP gives us some much needed cash that can be used in a good number of projects, and it also boost LucasFilms reputation in Hollywood (especially since many of the films we have prepared for release are timeless classics)...

And then they also get the point where... Get this:

Possibly get the Master Kubrick to do it all, with his own master vision.

And his insanity, but don't tell him that, his eyes will bore into your soul and steal it to make the next shot perfect.

Yeah, you know... standard Kubrick stuff.

Next film my friend, next film.

Here, you can use mine.

Well here is one thing that may make him reconsider.

The death of Warner Brothers, and the vacuum that it will create in Hollywood and the world entertainment industry.

He can't ignore it, no matter how much he wants to to focus on his own film. He has to pay attention.

And we have roll bonuses that will really screw over all of the other competition. :V

The special event roll:D100 => 100

I think the Magoose dice are trying to tell me something :V

Also… My maan Mike… why would you do that?!

Eisner: "They should've returned my call".

Let's just say that… at least in terms of our import distribution stuff from Japan…

We never have to worry about asking for permission again. Cause they are now… all going through Lucasfilms.

Man Mike you got them to sign in Blood…

Just wait until the Anime Craze of the 80s and 90s happen… we'll be swimming in money!

Wait did he just buy the anime industry in Japan
No.

That would be both insane and not profitable.

No he got Lucasfilms exclusive rights to import and distribute most visual media, tv anime and such…

From Japan seeing as we have made Toho literal millions of dollars… in a few years.

Yeah… they see this gaijin company as the metaphorical golden goose.

Well, once we have the money to do so (after star wars probably) we need to get the distribution company ready to distribute television...

It may be a cheap stunt, but until the true popular anime of the 80s arrive we can distribute plenty of Doramas for a quick buck...
Bruce has a nickname in Japan that reflects that.

They call him "The Mad Goose"

No explanation is needed. :V
TBH, I thought that the Japanese would be more respectful... We are making a company such as renowned a Tojo significantly richer than they ever were, we are giving a much visibility to Japan Cinema in America, and Bruce is fluent in Japanese...
