I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

@soulcake does Snorri know, or have any hint, if Valayas Basket or the Wards tone will give us any runes that will be useful for the armor commissions?
Also if we begin with the armor now may we add anything to it some turn later if the commission I not done yet?

These Wardstones, the last creations of the Runesmiths of Karag Dum before they were wiped out, are capable of concealing the presence of a Dawi from the scrying of enemy magic. From Valka's testimony it wasn't perfect, but it made survival possible instead of impossible. That, and given the state of their resources, is a testament to their skill and canniness. A bit too quick to put to use in any other circumstance, uncovering the secrets of this Rune shouldn't be too difficult. 3 Actions.

I like above because Im fine with either valya's or wardstones. However I disagree with putting a action towards understand master rune, because its not action efficent and would prefer a odd place.

I'm not a fan of leaving such a big commission to the last minute. It leaves 0 AP free to deal with anything unexpected.
 
Have we factored in the Rhunkalbrogg taking an action? I know there are a few of the tables of proposed actions floating around, but I think we need to account for this specifically.

Yes that's been factored in, we can spend 3 actions on Gazul that turn and have 1 free action and 1 Rhunkalbrogg action spare.
