I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

Accepting the trade isn't even a question.

Many of us have our hearts set on the Adamant Gronti, and the more resources, options and research chains we have done, the better. We want to make a goddamn beast of a unit, and this will help us.

I want to be on the front to help keep the casualties in the front on the down low. We are a walking fortress, a a mobile wall that will stop any surprises that the enemy forces may bring to the table from bulldozing the frontlines by literally standing in front of it. With our armor, whether magical or physical, we can tank hits better than any one of the dwarves around us.

You know, I wonder if might end up wit ha reputation for being more willing than most to trade knowledge? It honestly kinda fits snori. His whole thing is he is willing to bend things a little towards helping the Hold. Him being a bit more willing to trade knowledge for knowledge feels like an extension of that. It would be an interesting reputation to have and could lead to either more trades or the older rune lords not wanting trade with him.

Since Snorri Klausson is basically Drawfen Santa; does that mean that the Adamant Gronti he will eventually create is Dwarfen Krampus?
