Should update your tally before inserting it.

As I said above, he was a Master at his style in the interlude, so he presumably has at least some skills.
I mean, sure. He was old then, and clearly had lots of practice with his style. The problems are:
-That style we saw isn't particularly useful to us, as we have both better styles and styles better suited to our circumstances, and overlap.
-He's not as good at styles as the best people we can find elsewhere, probably in otherworld, because the sum of his skill commes from personal experience and most of that experience isn't applicable to our situations
-He's almost certainly never taught anyone anything before.

We can improve our skill with him, and I would be surprised if any of these didn't give us an opportunity to do so, but pickiong freeza because you want to improve our technical fighting is still misaimed.
[X] New family.

We know most of the situations of our old family (living and dead), so I'm most interested in who "new family" is.
I suspect tarble and gure's descendants.

Stop: Hello again pardon me
hello again pardon me @gamer50018, between your tagging multiple users voting in ways you disagreed with to pester them, one post at a time, this thing, and your general flipping out over this vote and quest, you have violated Rule 4. As such you have also received 25 points and a two-week threadban. Please do not continue this behavior when you return.

I think one of the best things we could do would be to focus on our precog ability. Combining that with an increase in reflexes could allow us to outmaneuver opponents much much stronger than us. Plus, it would make votes a lot easier.

Quite the turnout! At the moment, "Those Above," has the lead by majority as well as a moderate margin between itself and, "Old Family." Behind that is, "Old Friends," and from then on it's a steep descent to, "Old Enemies," and others.

I'll leave this open overnight, and close up once I post the update in Terminus Quest some time tomorrow.`

I have to say, I'm glad that, for the most part, things have been chill here since The Incident. It's been cool to get back to relatively-low-key votes.

It helps that we got to yell "YOU DIDN'T WIN!" at Dandeer before we peaced out. I'd prefer if we'd kept what we'd done secret somehow, but it's still incredibly satisfying on a personal level, and more or less cancels out my previous frustrations.

Jiji or the gods should have more accurate information of the Enemy that what we have seen with our vision and the gods may even have a motivation and a location for where he went, beside that they are probably the best option for skill training we have with perhaps 18 being a slightly better option given she and her brother had being out fighting new enemies and learning new techniques instead of fighting old friends and foes and refining existing techniques (and even then Its a gamble because we would have to search for the right technique to learn among many without knowing if it would be useful long term or not, while a proper refined technique is a boon that keep on giving)

Well. That could have gone worse!

I'm not opposed to trying to meet Freeza. Our kit would be greatly improved if we got him to teach us That Ball Thing He Locked You In. But I don't think there's much else we would get out of it (other than a few awesome interactions), and I think that's the best outcome of Old Enemies.

I just don't see why any gods would allow us to train there let alone train us themselves.
They don't want anything to do with mortals from what I can tell.

I'm pretty sure the other gods wouldn't be happy with us actually training with him.
okay but that isn't what you said. You said...

Gohan taught us the Spirit Bomb. Gohan has a vested interest in us, going by his actions in the quest thus far. maybe there's bureaucracy or the like, but if it was up to Gohan, we have solid evidence he does want to do with us and would elect to train us.

I dunno about Beerus and CO, but the Ancestor Gods seemed on board with the idea.

Gohan and Goku taught us the Spirit Bomb (not extremely well, but its a hard technique.)

Beerus...eh who knows, maybe Goku and Co can tempt him with the idea of us becoming the next SSG or something, even better than Goku.

Whether we go to Those Above or not, I'd just like to look over some possible priorities, in no particular order, BESIDES just training with the gods and ancestors.

1) Learn about the outside galaxy somehow
2) Have the option to examine the alien fleet or consider interacting with them before they reach Garenhuld. With Dandeer ruling the Exiles now, the aliens are very likely to be destroyed pre-emptively, which would if nothing else be a sad loss of plotline material.
3) Reassure our allies and friends that we're alive, okay, and wandering the galaxy in spirit seeking training and information that can help us.

It helps that we got to yell "YOU DIDN'T WIN!" at Dandeer before we peaced out. I'd prefer if we'd kept what we'd done secret somehow, but it's still incredibly satisfying on a personal level, and more or less cancels out my previous frustrations.
Also that Kakara:
-Fought smart
-Did her best
-Received some verbal respect.

That's a very potent salt-busting combination. A lot of salt comes into being because of the perception that the protagonist was forced by plot into being stupid, didn't try to use the available resources competently, or when the protagonist's skills and intelligence get denigrated in a way that makes the players feel like it splashed back on them persoally.

Here, we don't have that problem.
