There is no such information in the Production Note except for the height ranges provided in the height comparison chart.

There's apparently lots of people making claims about the production notes, but it seems it's just lots of people repeating things and believing them because so many people repeat them.

Not likely. From indications here, the pocket dimension is an "internal" space to each magical girl.

No, because the problem was never her extradimensional space, it's that the one limitation on her ramp-up speed I'd thought was there, wasn't. The Banach-Tarski cloning of grief completely sidesteps the limitation that had her actually engage with the world, rather than contemplate her navel for a few hours, break the setting, then leave.

EDIT: Cloned grief isn't very useful here because the "screams WITCH" part carries a serious social cost. In Worm, though? Irrelevant in the extreme.
