Onmur
Archangel of Nutella.
Sure. We should pay O a visit before Riona arrives, then, if possible.Absolutely not. We've avoided talking about this explicitly where QB can hear, and it should stay that way.
Now, this is for when we get around to doing that 'experiment' with Homumom:
"OK, so..."
Sabrina and Homura looked up. They were standing on a greyed out desert, far, far away from any sort of civilization. Nothingness surrounded the girls far as the eye could see. The silence was absolute....
A titanic mass of floating Grief bore down upon the magical girls, high in the empty, colourless skies.
"Think it's enough?" asked the Grief controller with an easy smile.
In contrast, Homura's lips curled into a grimace.
"You think I should add more?" grinned Sabrina, palming an extra blob of Grief.
Violet eyes glared.
As if to torment their owned, the glared-upon girl giggled, but mercifully put away the handful of the magical-physical representation of despair.
"Weeeeeeell, if we're ready to go..."
Homura nodded and reached for her shield.
"Wait."
The slimmer girl stared up at her friend, to find her face contorted into a thoughtful look... and recognized it as the sort she got before she said something annoying.
Homura did her best to push down the urge to slap her palm over her friend's mouth, better yet, put some tape over it so she wouldn't be able to finish speaking out her thoughts -no telepathy in timestop!- and just keep going with the 'experiment', and thus maybe avoid having to deal with whatever came out of her latest bout of brain damage.
She managed. Barely.
She immediately regretted it as those sky blue orbs settled on her.
"Homura?" said Sabrina with utmost seriousness, "I'm gonna need you to un-stop time, but then re-stop time after one thirtieth of a second."
Said time traveller bit back a groan, and answered with a long, languid blink.
But the other girl just nodded to herself, deep in thought.
"And then repeat it after I observe the Grief... I might need extra eyes! I should make sure to not miss anything, who knows what'll happen when I release all this Grief, we might not get another chance..."
It was too much.
A long suffering groan erupted at the back of Homura's throat.
Sabrina stopped and blinked, turning back to her friend and confidant with a surprised look.
"You're right!" she exclaimed, smiling. "One thirtieth of a second is so last year. Homura, I'm gonna need you to stop and unstop time every one sistieth of a second. Thanks for bringing it up, I knew you had my back."
A hand easily reached to squeeze the shorter girl's shoulder, who wanted nothing more than to reach back and pull at the despair controlling girl by her cheeks and erase her easy, nice, trusting, comforting smile off her face.
Homura's head twitched down minutely.
"Great! Let's get started..."
"It's for Madoka," Homura repeatedto herself two relative hours later, while Sabrina took frantic notes about the Grief's behavior with multiple sets of hands.
One second had passed.
