Stringing together bits of handwritten runes from the wiki, because some of them are (surprisingly?) similar to a different cipher that I definitely know can be written with signature-like speed and fluidity, and I wanted to see what I could do with it. Thoughts?
Edit: I keep noticing that, applied correctly, a combination of 'S' and the rune form bears some resemblance to Homumom's shield, where the 'V'-rune can charitably bear resemblance to a bow and now I can't stop myself from exploring if there's any feasible way for that to be represented without shoehorning it in.

Imgur is generally the best, yes. Though imgur isn't meant for archival and image quality will degrade over the next year or so as imgur compresses old material to save space.

I also think that just repeating that "the house arrest isn't helping" isn't necessarily a strong case at all. We need to provide citations for that.

I'm not sure about whether we should bring this up before or after enchantment. If we wait on it, I'd feel dishonest. We'd be keeping this from Homura and Sayaka and making O&K wait.

Let me write down my thougts:
How does the house arrest work?
It doesn't.
While it doesn't justify their actions, Oriko burned Sayaka's apartment as a reaction to all the shit people had been piled onto her. I'm not sure how much Sayaka knows about Oriko's family and the town's treatment of Oriko after she was orphaned.
Oriko still wanted to do good, but also felt guilty and suicidal. We had to talk her out of it. Painfully.
She agreed to the house arrest because of that same guilt. It's really Oriko keeping herself in there, not us.
Thing is, the house arrest does not help alleviate Oriko's guilt, and instead is making her slowly go stir crazy from being cooped up. She's slowly running out of reasons to stay there.
But the thing is, she wants to do good. She's repeatedly agreed to help us help megucakind, and we've seen her just feel proud when she did, for example, when she convinced Anri to come peacefully.
It sucks, and all of this is unfair, but we are the ones left in a position to be the better meguca. We either validate Oriko's good feelings, that she wants to help, or we punish her further and validate her resentment and actively make her our enemy. What she will do in the future depends on what we do now.
The house arrest is never gonna be an appropriate punishment because it was wrongly accepted by Oriko as a punishment not for burning Sayaka's house, but because Hisaomi killed himself and the people shat on Oriko for it. This is where Oriko's guilt comes from, and why she accepted the house arrest.
Meanwhile, Oriko's actually doing better, mentally, and that shit doesn't quite fly anymore.
Also, keeping Oriko arrested won't give Sayaka her house back. If anything, it keeps Oriko from being able to help meguca, which is something she wants to do.
The Mikis feel indebted to the Shizukis. But let's say Oriko could pay for her actions indirectly? If Oriko is given more freedom, she could work with us in our goals to help megucakind, while we could use our moneymaking schemes to pay the Shizuki for the house they provided the Mikis?

And of course she won't be able to answer that line of questioning without explaining things that she will not want to explain.

Hmm. As pointed out previously, I don't think that this will motivate Homura, because that's not the value that Homura is getting out of the house arrest. Homura is using Oriko as a security blanket - if Homura's ever feeling stressed-out, she can pop time-stop and go reassure herself that Oriko is still under house arrest. Whatever proposal we offer will want to let Homura continue doing that. I think that a GPS beacon, or some similar piece of kit, should work. I might even suggest that for enchantment practice tonight; it'd be useful to find out if Sayaka can enchant using the specialties of the powers she's copied, and I'm sure she can find a power that'd do that kind of tracking.
edit: Similarly, I'd want to nudge Homura to explore protective enchantments specifically for Madoka.
For Sayaka, it'll probably help to lay out our belief that the house arrest is unjust self-inflicted penitence that's making things worse. Yes? "Justice" is tricky, everyone defines it differently, and I don't have a particularly good idea of Sayaka's concept of it, but it feels like Oriko may have suffered worse than Sayaka at this point.
We should talk to Homura and Sayaka separately. They need very different approaches. I think that running things past Mami first is a good idea. I think that we can ask Sayaka to do a privacy-sphere and Homura to converse in time-stop, so we don't have to worry about a privacy-sphere ourselves.
We're not going to get to this conversation in this vote anyway, since we have to transport Anri. Maybe not even in the next vote. Do we have anything that we should say to Anri, or any discussion surrounding the transportation?

I think the important part is to show Yuki we are gaining experience in less-than-capital punishment. Such that we can say "Those girls are still apologizing for what they did. Sometimes they help us. Our justice system is communal, and you(Yuki) are watching a work in progress."
This is why we need hired help, because Anri isn't able to participate ATM.
When we part, we need to address Anri in a positive sense that makes it work for her.
