Didn't we just discover that some of the tiberium mutated persons could actually read minds and the distance greatly increased when exposed to tiberium?

I think the consensus was that nod could absolutely be spying on us that way but we had no way of knowing and nothing we could do about it anyway.

Well. Now we have mind shields.

Might be worth considering.
NOD has a huge hateboner for the Forgotten for some reason but yeah, that is actually a problem, good thing we have Mind Shields now!

I think it ties into the simple fact the Forgotten's existence rejects Tiberium as an instrument of salvation. They're literally the forgotten few who fell through the cracks, survived the worst of Tiberium exposure, and are just now trying to eke out an existence. It's hard to reconcile their struggle for survival in an increasingly hostile world with NOD's rhetoric of how Tiberium is ultimately an uplifting force. Those most changed by it, those least vulnerable to it, those who have been most 'blessed'- are still seemingly left the lesser for it.

Now, I don't mean to say the Forgotten are self loathing or anything, but I would assume most of them would probably prefer things the way they were before Tiberium. It certainly seems like most Forgotten find GDI's rhetoric of reclaiming the world more compelling than NOD's salvation rhetoric throughout the series.

For this plan, I go for only the next phase of our Earth-side facilities here... except Harper Spaceport. Unlike E-IP and Astronauts/Astrotechs, we never really get even close to using up our 80 Earth-Launch Capacity. This plan only uses 13, out of 80 total. I honestly think we already have much more than we need, so until that changes in the future we shouldn't waste resources on Harper.
Tanegashima Space Center (Stage 4) 8 dice 160C 67%: i think this is a bit low completing the stage will increase our IP income by 50%, i expect us to do another phase later once we know the cost of the crater telescope and 2 more dice would be 40C about 4% off our cash reserves.

Nod has spent enough time fucking around and finding out with tiberium that the possibility at least crossed our minds that whatever kinds of tiberium mutation the Forgotten have reached naturally, Nod might be able to duplicate artificially in some appallingly unethical way.

Then they have the big problem of when it will decide to retaliate and rebel and it is a when not a if.

I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by that

Nod has a bunch of weird supersoldier projects, with probably the most stable and straightforward being the one that was using tiberium infusions. Since by Tib War III that was deployable to the point where they were using it on random militants to enhance their combat performance.

The idea that they might use yet another weird supersoldier project to produce tiberium psychics doesn't seem like much of a stretch, and sure the psychics might rebel, but then again so might any other Nod creation, so eh.

I wonder if mind shields might help with MMI to some extent as well, if they need to integrate with the person at all vs just serve purely as a shield

I am saying they have a track record of there experiments going crazy against them.

Magic mind reading countermeasures sound like the kind of thing that you have absolutely zero use for 99.7% of the time. But that 0.3% of the time that you DO need it, having your intelligence officers be immune to spooky telepathic bullshit probably really, REALLY helps. So very niche, but within its niche for the occasional times we do use it very useful.

If it's something non-obtrusive like a tag you can just add to someone's ID badge that makes the area around them foggy to psychics that would be swell.

Okay I think this is all of the tech rolls? We hit the research twice for NOD and Scirin and had 2 omake rolls for Scirin? Am I missing anything?
You are missing the Mecca NOD roll (27, I think), which was the NOD lightweight vehicle armor (Ferro-Aluminum Armor).

Scrin 5 was Corruptor Toxin (T-Glass).
NOD 97 was Modern Lasers.

Yeah, formatting, and a threadmark.

Edit: Added the threadmark
Could we get the exact numbers that correspond to each tech, please? Or is that too much info? It would make the formatting much neater.

Also, we don't know if Void Stalker is interested in maintaining an infopost. So: @Void Stalker, would you be willing to keep your post updated? Or would you rather someone else did so?

I can do so, I had the number dash format to put the tech next to it but found that most of them we were not given which tech we received. Also I think the most recent 63 on scirin was bumped to 64 since we had a 63 the first time.

I wonder if we do [ ] Advanced Laser System Development (New) can we refit our fleet with them before the Karachi sprint with them as going from one type of laser to anther is far less work then the original PD rollout as things like power supplies can remain the same.
