Welp looks like Collegiate is catching up, not voting for it myself but I am OK with it. Both it and Polygot can save us actions if in different ways, it really depends on how much we want to delegate and how much we thing things will hinge on our own research vs how much can be done by Ducklings (of various sorts). One thing I will be very interested to see is what kind of wizards we can get on board. One the one hand the posting is in some ways even more remote than K8P, but on the other we are a LM now. Maybe we will get some magister hungry for recognition and not just Jorneymen who do not mind the isolation.

Wooo Theologian has technically closed the gap with Dhar insight. From being half as many votes to now being a mere 60~ votes behind and hitting over 100, if all those people that said they'd like theologian to win but don't mind dhar insight voted just for Theologian why it might actually have a chance. Only need to switch 30~ votes for it to happen.

So allow me to dig up an old post to provide some reasoning for why we should go for Polyglot:
She knows Tar-Eltharin, which is contemporary Ulthuani. She'd be able to communicate to some extent with other Elves, but she doesn't speak the Asrai's Fan-Eltharin, the Eonir's Yen-Eltharin, or the Druchii's Druhir.
... So you're saying that there's a real chance the filthy Druchii smut we found is actually tooth-achingly sweet, only Mathilde has been unable to pick up on this due to her ignorance of the sublteies of the language?
Forget about getting access to new books, taking Polyglot will allow us to learn the full potential of the books we already own!

... Though it's probably not enough to teach me how to avoid making typos, because sheesh that one was ugly.

Taking polyglot to expand the range of fiction we can read about, ah, excessively daring young women is completely in character for both Mathilde and the thread.

What does a boiled chicken egg taste like?

Try it and find out. You have no idea how funny I find this right now. Sometimes I crack myself up
Okay, considering that we've indirectly boiled dirt, my brain went to boiling chicken. Not, like, in water. But the chicken itself is boiling. While still being an intact chicken-shaped chicken, just... bubbling feathers.

Dangit now that would be a cool post-End Times quest!

To the town of Nachthafen
Rode a witch one fine day
Hardly spoke to folk around her
Didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask her business
No one dared to make a slip
'fore the stranger there among them
Had a staff of mistery on her hip [Alternatively dawi iron :coolbeans:]
Staff of misteryyyy on her hip!

...

It was early in the morning
When she rode into the town
Came riding from the twillight
Slowly looking all 'round
"She's a warlock loose and running"
Came the whisper from each lip
"And she's here to do some business
with the staff of mistery on her hip"
Staff of misteryyyy on her hip!

In this town there lived a countess
By the name of Gabriell'
Many men had tried to take her
and that many men were dead
...

Or something. 😅
Her pipboy 1700 ( made of brass, glass and oricalcum) will have a Kill-o-meter of 5 digit, and as she kill more then half a million orcs, will maxed out so many times it will be resetted to 0 multiple times.

Andd she'll likely have a Bloody Mess Perk...

Anyhoww.
Is there a Dwarven Bard? They should have a dwarven bard to listen and brood as they drink dwarven ale.

Somebody should make a song or a whole album regarding the Expedition, the K8P start, the Chaos Waste, the rats base, the Chaos Castle, the Dragon and the safe return of all.
