Ah, I realized some mechanics were borrowed from WHRP but It seemed less exact and more as just a reference foundation. TBH the whole 'can't cast in armor' trope is absolute nonsense. From an RPG perspective it makes sense (balancing classes) but from a narrative I don't get it.Two things: Armor interferes with spellcasting unless it's made from Elf Bullshit, and incorporating Mastery into our robes in an always-on way would make us immune to physical exhaustion, which would be very useful for some sort of dangerous adventure we plan to go on in the near future.
That being said, I'm all for doubling down on our Enchanting talent. I've been excited to see where that could lead for literally 30 turns and we've not done anything with it.
