I've already discussed my reasoning in detail, but I'll repeat it for some of the more potentially contentious parts:
[ ] Plan Redshirt v1
[ ] MAX: Receive dictation: Queekish-Khazalid Lexicon
[ ] JOHANN: Have him teach Adela what he knows of engineering.
[ ] DUCK: Magical target-shooting is rough on normal targets. Set up a specialized target range for your ducklings, and for any other wizards at Eight Peaks.
[ ] EIC: Put policies in place that local news should be collected and sent to you (rumour mill).
[ ] Seek to build a stronger rapport with Qrech, and provide enough sources of mental stimulation that you can turn your attention elsewhere.
-[ ] Gambit: Convince Qrech that the Under-Empire has no way of knowing he's even alive, and that he should prioritize the comfort with which he will live the rest of his life.
[ ] Travel to the Grey College and attend lessons there x2:
-[ ] Waystone Fundamentals
-[ ] Practical Diplomacy
[ ] Dictate papers: Queekish-Khazalid Lexicon
-[ ] COIN: The Gambler
[ ] Investigate the exact circumstances required to induce a transformation.
[ ] BUILD: Have a gyrocopter landing pad built into your balcony.
[ ] SERENITY: Queekish-Reikspiel Lexicon (1/2)
Johann doesn't have an option to bring him in on the Warp-Engineer's notes yet, so I assume that's waiting on our translation being done. I've assigned him to teach Adela in the meantime.
For the ducklings, I was divided between the target practice choice and PanPan, but all indications are that she's in no rush to graduate, so something that helps all our students is probably better - and I like continuing to build up facilities for Wizards in general to use.
We don't really have a tower idea that's particularly necessary at the moment, IIRC, so I'd like to pay for the premium gyrocopter landing spot - make sure that the Eye can get activated right quick in an emergency.
Gambler is put on dictation to make sure we create a quality product - we're doing something relatively heterodox for Dwarves, so it's wise put our best foot forward.
Practical Diplomacy lessons are, imo, the best use of our Overwork action. We're playing in the big leagues now, so it's very much in our interests to be able to tread water with the big political players.
