So I'm trying to find where Snuggles first came from, but can't seem to manage it. Could someone help me?

I'm really looking forwards to hearing about (maybe attending) Belegar's upcoming full announcement to Karaz-A-Karak. No doubt there will be some harsh words with Thorgrim - but for everyone else, and partly even for Thorgrim, I think the attention is going to be on the fact that the dwarfs have Vala-Azril-Ungol (K8P) back, and with relatively light casualties. Break out the Bugman's, this is a day for rejoicing!

I am looking forward to what the dwarfs Discover in the vaults. Since they now have access to them and the wealth inside of them.

The rest of the job is a matter of gathering up the remaining religious paraphernalia of the Orcs and storing them away securely for use in later religious displays, and as you're packing up the last of it a soft sound has you turn your head and, inevitably, you see a cat just as black as the obsidian one perched atop the idol's head, chewing it's happy way through what looks like a substantial slice of cured ham. You roll your eyes and continue your work, and as you approach the door with the last crate, it opens to reveal Oswald Oswaldson. "Magister!" he exclaims. "I was just looking for- have you seen a cat?" You indicate behind you with a jerk of your head. "No, I meant- oh, there she is. Get down from there!" With the shrine revealed to one of the foremost and definitely the chattiest of the Undumgi, you likely need do nothing more for news of it to spread. "This sort of thing is why you got demoted, Corporal Snuggles," Oswald scolds as you carry away the last of the former furnishings of the Shrine.

That's it as far as I can tell.

Shame our +2 Ranald Library didn't count for a Piety bonus on recruiting the right sort of faithful, being so close to 100, but it's a good solid result regardless.
Actually yeah, @BoneyM does our Transcendent Ranald under Piety mean we don't get the Library bonus to his actions since we have a far closer relationship with him so the books don't really offer that much? Or was this sort of thing just not something the Library would help with?

Three, maybe four lives.
"I am King Belgar Ironhammer the 4th. I merely have one question for you, Karl Franz of the Empire... WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS CAT! It's always just here, asking for treats and scratches behind the ears! And Kragg just told me he's seen one that looks identical to this since my ancestor retook Eight Peaks! Tell me Emperor of humans! Tell me from whence it came so I may know its allegiance!"

The Emperor took one look at the fourth King of Karak Eight Peaks. Then looked down at the cat purring softly as the king continued to scratch it in just the right place. Then he looked back up to the King. And said one thing:"

"Even in death, you vex and confound Mathilde."

I wonder if the fact that cats are going to be all over will do anything for the krack? aside from general vermin hunting, it might do something with skaven. I could see them being a complication for skaven infiltration attempts if nothing else.

They fell five days after the destruction of Waaagh Birdmuncha.
Absolute legend.

One quite convincing card sharp got quite a way into the interview with you having only barely set of a few minor suspicions, until he stopped mid-sentence, listened to the sliver of Ranald's attention that had just turned your way, then apologized and left.
Ranald: "She's going to stab you, and I'm going to let her."

A fully comissioned officer!

All hail Lt. Snuggles! Praise be upon him!
He is good friends with Oswald Oswaldson, who has been with him since before he got demoted to Corporal Snuggles
Lt. Snuggles is female.
