Dude would gladly sponsor us for Everchosen status if we fall to Chaos off of this campaign alone.
Mathilde for Everchosen 2482.
The scary thing is that Khorne might also be cool with this once he realized we were a warrior too, and advocated straight combat for the second phase of the battle. Slannesh would totally approve of our romance collection, and hey, we tried to use the tower for weeding and have more than once contemplated using the ashes produced by it aas fertilizer, so Nurgle would probably think of us as an awesome gardener.

Forget the Chaos Gods. Khaine, god of bloody handed murder, is all about the murder. Which this is. Murder. If we're counting 'Let Them Fights', we've murdered multiple hundreds of thousands of people in the last day, and we intend to murder at least a couple hundred thousand more today. Awful lot of dead folks. And we know he likes cool swords.

He hates weeding, though. That's, like, the direct antithesis of his philosophy.

We'll be doing it with the power of Gazul, though. I know Khaine apparently hates Morr (or at least his human cultists do) but I don't know if that extends to other death gods.

I thought he was a gardener, and supported the cycles of life and death, which would require weeding? Or is that just 40K Nurgle?

Also, that's not really murder. If we had meant to kill most of them, or taken an active hand in making it happen, maybe, but for the most part all we did was let it happen. Now if the elves have a god of cunning and luck like Ranald, that might work.

He's like the 'whoops, all life' of life-and-death cycles, except in actuality that means everything devolves to the standards of the least common denominator, which is to say bacteria.

I'm mostly just throwing a meme into these random suggestions of which god would take an interest in our activities, it wasn't meant to be serious.

The Eye will totally be super-murder, though, you can't argue that.

Nope. Very much not murder. Self-defense/defense of others, and probably as close to a declared war as you can get with orcish culture. Killing, sure. Sudden, unfair, and in massive quantities? Definitely. But about as far as unlawful as you can get, and done as part of an act of war, so definitely (definitionally) not murder.
(Actually, I have to wonder, might Dwarfish law actually require killing members of a waaagh invading a Karak, or would it be assumed to be covered under "follow orders in a Time of Emergency"?)

Although I suspect Khaine is okay with non-murder killing, so long as it's done a lot, so the above may be needless pedanticism.

Nah, assuming things go to plan, Mathilde will be using the Eye of Gazul to kill several hundred thousand greenskins. Quite intentionally. Just, you know, not murderously.

Yep, that's Loëc, IIRC
Can you provide a link to his wiki page? Because the top result for 'Loëc warhammer' is another post in this thread by you. Is it just a weird spelling because most people can't manage the weird looking e, or something?

My definition is a meme, so any seriousness is taking it too seriously.

Loec

The patron of the Wood Elf Wardancers, Loec is the God of Trickery, Music, Revelry, and Joy. Loec is a mysterious figure because his followers guard the secrets of his rites and purpose behind a veil of secrecy. His servants are occasionally called Feastmasters for their part in the great...
Sure thing, I just used the Total War spelling, didn't realize it was bad.

Yeah, the eye is definitely murder, but I was actually talking about the whole "sit back and let your enemies kill each other" bit.

Eh, I'm of the opinion that if you're going to meme something, then you should it at least close to right. Like a meme about all these trickster gods trying to fight over Mathilde's soul, because she just fits them too perfectly.
EDIT: actually, looking at it all, I could totally see us catching the attention of Loec, since apparently Nagarythe elves quite like him. And if we did, we might be able to interest a Forest Dragon eventually, since they actually respect him apparently. You know, if the Ice Dragon doesn't work out and we ever visit Athel Loren.

Huh. Ward-dancers and Shadow-dancers seem like people we can learn a lot from. Given Naggarythe apparently worships the same god, I can definitely see us learning a lot there and mostly getting along with those elves.

I'm still waiting for the opportunity to get Kragg to smile just once so we can say he can't be Kragg the Grim any more and suggest he start going by Kragg of Superior Skill.
I caught up with that part fairly recently as I was reading the quest, but I don't quite get the significance of "Rune of Superior Skill". Kragg used that rune that was originally invented by Thorek, right? But what gives that act such a meme-worthy status?

Ahh... you see Kragg is not using the rune originally prototyped by Thorek. He saw the rune Thorek was tinkering with and decided to make an comparable rune in just 12 months. Thorek has spent years and years on his rune and Kragg just went and made a slightly different one in 12 months.

Thorek had a neat idea and was working it out - Kragg heard about this, and then came up with his own, better version of the concept before Thorek could finish developing his, which Kragg named "Rune of Superior Skill".

Thorek had a prototype. Kragg managed to reverse-engineer it and improve it in the time between Thorek's arrival and the crafting of Branalhune.

Edit: Are we absolutely sure Eshin's departed? Still seem to be a lot of them.
