For the vote, the only part I have a real opinion on is the tower. It's good right now, yes, but it could be better- and with all the work that's gone into it, it'd honestly be a shame to just leave it as it is.

A number of the book entries in the library spoiler on our character sheet don't mention what culture the books are from any chance you can fix that? I'm trying to put together a purchase plan.

Huh. Now I'm wondering how often they've had positive experiences with higher ups in the Empire, if this is their reaction to an Elector Count thanking them. Either that or they're just ecstatic to be out and about.

There isn't a single right amount of control players have over a character or setting. In different quests or roleplaying games it can range from "none whatsoever" (like in "voices in the head" quests) to complete control over the setting including ability to retcon (some shared storytelling games). Putting a line at "players don't control protagonist orientation but control their actions" is as valid a game design as any.

Not sure if an issue or just my own poor reading comprehension, but... "ancient wood closest" what?

What happened to the table? Did this small sapling start growing from it? Is that what's happened?

@BoneyM, a question that I think is relevant to @SuperSonicSound's interests: do the dwarves have books on the different Winds? I am not sure how much we can get from them about Wind magic.

If you read the thread, Boney addressed this question earlier. The time to buy that is not now, it will be part of the penthouse actions we can choose next turn.
 
You know, I have to wonder... is it dedicating their lives to battle magic that makes battle mages more eccentric than normal, or do they dedicate their lives to battle magic because they're more eccentric than normal? Or is it a bit of both?
