[X] Forgive: She did not have to tell you. She chose to anyway, in an effort to reach out. She has the entire history of the Empire as proof that it is possible for humans to be treacherous or fatally forgetful of prior agreements. You've done a lot for her kind, and it has broken through, enough that she is actively trying on a level you didn't think was possible. The future possibilities are enticing as well, you cannot deny that.

YES ! LET THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP FLOW!

and while the five connected waystones do the same, it is more bleed off as they channel up into the air and presumably elsewhere to Ulthuan.
Athel Loren or Laurelorn is what you probably meant.

And the vote is probably a foregone conclusion of the blithely agreeable kind.

Not happy about being proven right about the totally predictable Daemon version of us that will probably kill us in a few turns though. Well before Kragg even makes our boon too, I'm sure. But then, I do get attached to worthy protagonists.

From what I understand, the waystones channel stuff into the great vortex on Ulthuan so the world isn't overrun by magic and become a demon realm. At least until a rat in a rocketship tricks everyone into trying to burn it down :V

Could this mean that eventually Dwarfs and elves could get along again?
No...

Like on the scale of dwarven dislike I imagine wood elves are above Asur most of the time due to simple proximity if nothing else. Asur generally have an ocean in the way and they apparently forgot the old world even existed until about...500 years ago I think?

And the reason the wood elves even are the wood elves is because you know...seemingly (I'm not 100% certain) genocidal dawi rampage over what the Asrai possibly consider a ****ing stupid stated reason (probably not the other ones, but well they call it the war of the beard for a reason.)

TLDR...probably not.

Really, this is not even a Choice. I could FEEL the weight of an Elven Ruler admitting that she would like to be Friends with a Human and trust him.
Chaos and the Forces of Destruction in general thrive on the Conflicts between the Forces of Order. It is in many ways their greatest ally.
So, even if this Agreement will not last forever...let us, for just a Moment, give those Bastards another nice, big middle finger to the face, shall we?

Still loling at a glade lord having to get hammer drunk and then stoned out of her mind to admit maybe this human is kinda ok and I could be friendish with him also my b for enacting a ritual that could have enslaved his soul without him knowning

Er, no, I meant Ulthuan. The Waystones, as a thing, are built for channeling the magic back towards the Vortex. Which is on/in/at the center of Ulthuan.

The Dawnstone Pinnacle is the nexus point for all of the Waystones in Laurelorn, and a good number outside of it in the north of the Empire. It then directs the energies further west, across the ocean, to the Vortex.

With Daemon-Freddy now a confirmed factor, I wonder how long it'll take Khorne to try and have it manifest into the world to kill regular Freddy.

I'd say a few more years for it to grow stronger before he sends it and a team of Bloodthirsters to try and rip and tear Freddy and his family apart for their sweet, sweet soulstuff.

If we knew about this problem IC I would suggest asking Otrud fro Maelevolentia to permakill his ass and really stick it into Khorne's craw how none of his schemes with regards to Freddy ever seem to work.

It is in many ways their greatest ally.
Not many ways it is.

Chaos isn't winning because chaos is chaos, its winning because Malekeith threw his temper tantrum, gut punched the elves then tricked the elves and the dwarves to systematically rip each other to shreds.

Then continued gut punching the elves and systematically shitting all over the world and seemingly every developing and current civilisation and Malus...cause you know he's evil incarnate.

If that hadn't happened...well I imagine something else would have done it instead, but assuming it didn't! Where does that leave chaos?

The Asur and Dawi likely would just be stronger, things like the age of woes would have likely bounced off them, Skaven strangled in the crib Nagash possibly splatted early on etc.

Chaos's greatest servant is Malekieth because he delivered them chaos amongst the order factions...of his own free will at that. ****ing bargain as far as they're concerned.
