They were looking so hard for evidence of nepotism, and their search is finally rewarded
Her 5YM is not complete yet, she only started in 2309Interesting that Saavik is going for a 10 year captaincy. I suppose it's too early to promote her to Commodore, as it's her first command.

I recall that @AKuz made omakes about posthumous medals being awarded from the Kadeah battles.[X][CREW] Explorer Corps
[X][BUILD] Two Excelsiors and One Connie-B
[X][NAME] USS James T. Kirk
An old and honorable naval tradition for officers who gave their lives for the good of the service. (Several times, considering it's Kirk.) By the same token though we should probably nominate some names from the Biophage Crisis for our newer cruisers or Connie-Bs.

That reminds me-before the war between the Romulans and the Klingons kicks of and the Kadesh leave their world forever, we should have someone make some sort of Kadesh Cenotaph. I'm thinking put it either in a L4 or L5 point, or somewhere on the surface of the planet where it's tectonically stable enough to last the next ten million years, engrave it in Romulan, Kadeshi, Klingon and the major Federation languages, and make an enduring memorial to both our success in stopping the Biophage/Inflictor Crisis, and our failure to save half a billion lives.I recall that @AKuz made omakes about posthumous medals being awarded from the Kadeah battles.
