Well Mbeki is clearly destined to follow (or I suppose set?) the path of Picard and become an ambassador when he retires. He's done an amazing job with the Caldonians and deserves that personal note of thanks from FDS.

Between the event and the MWCO research option several of our members should soon have higher SR than BR income, and the others should be close to the ratio of our usual designs and therefore not produce further BR surpluses anymore. Using the income figures of last year's MWCO, without taking GBZ colonies into account:

Tellarites - 95 - 70
Humans - 110 - 80
Amarki - 245 - 230
Betazoids - 45 - 60
Caitian - 75 - 85
Rigel - 80 - 60

The Gaeni probably used to have equal BR and SR income and gained +20 SR income as well.
Once the current BR stockpiles are used up there should be a lot of opportunities for us to trade BR for SR.
