Yes, but magic. Considering that Homura's essentially magically-directed a battleship before (even going so far as to raise it out of the water), it's not unreasonable to think that she could use magic to effectively handle a GAU-8 autocannon. The reason she doesn't do this for all of her weapons is because it costs magic and isn't necessary for them.

It's not like we're lacking money. :p

Maybe we should talk about the very real issue that there's gonna be a lot of meguca arriving soon, and things would be smoother if we had a place to house them.

Use some warehouses? Tell adults about magic, give them Yakuza money (get more if needed) and have them help make arrangements to house meguca?

I mean, many meguca will likely come, take the Clear Seed, and leave. But I expect others would prefer to stay close to the source of cleansing.
