Okay so, compromise?

Ask Mami if Homu can stay the night? And if for whatever reason she can't, hug?

Point here is to have Homu feel 'included' as much as possible without overdoing it.

She's, what, less than a month old? Has she even passed two weeks yet? I've honestly lost track.
Sabrina's a big girl! She's almost 10! Soon she'll need to use all her fingers in her hands to show her age!

Sadly, I don't think there's any sort of consensus.

So... nothing big?

I don't think we need to ask Mami for permission. Just, before Homura goes, grab her and ask her if she wants to stay?

We may not necessarily need to ask but I do think we should ask Mami for permission.

Huggable Homura sounds like a brand of stuffed animal. Maybe a panda?
Because panda toys are super cute to look at, but if you meet a real one you're likely to get your face murdered?

Homura stands, tucking her homework away, and obviously preparing to leave.
[] Grab Homura.
-[] Ask Mami if Homura could stay the night.

Something like this?

Stray thought; not something to be acted upon any time soon, just dropping it here so I don't forget: Make an object that can read/show a target's past, point it at self, go back as far as possible. If it has to be used on a location, bring it to the alleyway and go from there.

[x] Grab Homura. (gently)
-[x] Ask Mami if Homura could stay the night.
--[x] Regardless if Homura stays the night or not, offer cleansing and wish Homura a goodnight.

[x] Wash up and head off to bed.
[x] Good morning wake up call for all our friends as we help Mami with breakfast. Include Hitomi. Be chipper morning Sabrina.
[x] Ping Kyouko and Yuma on a separate channel. Wish them good morning.
[x] Afterwards telepathy Homura. About what we talked about yesterday. When should we start our search? (Don't mention Sasa over telepathy)
-[x] Also tell her you need to check up on Oriko today. You'd like to know if she's learned anything about the clear seeds and you do have some questions for her.

[x] Keep in mind your plans with Homura.
-[x] Ping Masami and Hiroko. Ask if we can drop in on them. You need to talk to them about something that came up. If/When it's convenient.

A hug maybe a bit much right now, but I do want Homura to feel included.

As long as "grab" means a hug, yes.
Homura stands, tucking her homework away, and obviously preparing to leave.
Sabrina: *TACKLE GLOMP*

Oh, gently. I see.

Homura stands, tucking her homework away, and obviously preparing to leave.
Sabrina: *TACKLE GLOMP (gently)*

Sabrina ends up latching onto a very startled Homura, both lying down on the floor.

Sabrina: "..."

Homura: "..."

Sabrina: "... Mami? Can Homura stay tonight?" Ignore the brain damage, ignore the brain damage, ignore...

Really, people? You want to, out of the blue, invade the personal space of a friend?
This fixation on hugging and cuteness seem to be very often unnecessary and could potentially get in the way of real beneficial relationships.

Of course, it isn't as bad as it could be, since almost all the actors are little girls, but my concerns are still there.

What we want to convey is affection. I get the sense that a lot of SV tends towards expressing affection in terms of attention and physical contact, though the nature of a quest format is somewhat geared towards those. I do think we need to maybe use more words of praise, since in canon what few compliments she received seemed to really stick with her.

We might also be just getting a bit...uh, complacent isn't the word but...hmm. Well, my point is attention and physical contact is exactly what Mami responds to positively, but Homura isn't Mami. We can't just use one template of affection for everyone.

Yes and no. We do want Homura to reconnect to people. But stuff like this does take time. I don't want to do things that Homura isn't ready for yet.
Well, I think she should be fine with just grabbing her arm or such.

I guess hugs are timestop things for now.

Should remember to tell her she's a saint for not decking Sayaka everytime she sees her. :V

The vote is still rather close. Can I ask for a few more votes?

I do want to reach out to Homura, but I don't want to do something she may not be ready for yet. So I compromised here a bit. Something smaller but, I do think Homura would appreciate it better.
I feel we shouldn't be too pushy on Megane, so I'd rather contact her with information she would be interested in first.
I feel my vote gives Homura more consideration in regards to Oriko. I want to honor both the word and spirit of our promise to her.
Finally, we get right on top of setting up a meeting between Megane and the West Mitakihara magical girls.

She probably wants to check Madoka, if the glance at her house on the way home is any indication. Don't think asking her to stay is appropriate.

Asking to give her a hug goodnight seems better.

Aside from that
