--[X] Establish Rikardsby, it's a modest plot but it's in prime real estate with plenty of room to expand nearby, this is going to be where the majority of his non-adventure time and attention is going into, making sure it's safe, secure, and most importantly, reasonably safe for his family to move into. Proper warded fence, dwellings, the works.
--[X] When he's in town and otherwise doing business, he'll be working on the local language, keeping tabs on the local gentleman and his son. Partially to make sure he's not being abused too badly, but also because the entire point was getting a guide here.
