Lights... Camera... ACTION!!: A Hollywood Quest

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi Magoose here one of the guys helping Duke.

So we have some bad news.

The quest has been canceled as duke does not want to write it anymore.

I'm going to ask if I can take over for it, because I like this quest, and it would be a shame to kill it
TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

I'll see you all around.

With so many regards, Duke William Of.

Considering the shit Heinlein said when we offered last time it will be better to let it rot.

It's a better revenge in my opinion to let it be shelved for the next 15 years and let the original adaptation butcher his work and themes.
Heinlein won't care. He got paid, and as far as he's concerned that's all that matters.

God, i just wish we could do something like this:

Because I'm sure that if anything this would probably hurt him.

I'm in a giving mood. Ask questions.

But know I might not answer them
Around how much would it cost to buy the Jump Manga line or Shueisha in general?

Is there a second season of Miraculous planned?

After Romania how panicked will the Soviets be about Red Dawn on a scale of 1-10?

How's the production of Jonny Quest and the last season of Scooby Doo going?

What is the current status of the Marvel anime being produced by Sunrise?
Two shows have begun production but there is going to be some delays due to gundam.
When will the USFL start? And I assume that all of the teams will be the same as OTL and the Geese will be playing at LA Memorial Colosseum?
Same time as OTL, only this time, there are two less teams, and Donnie is actually doing a lot of investment of his own personal fortune to see it succeed.
How is LA reacting to the fact that they now got a football team called the Geese?
Everyone thinks its kinda stupid yet endeering.
Is Donald Sterling still set to buy the Clippers? He might not be in the mood to do so considering he'd be competing against Carrie.
Yes, unfortunatly. The problem is, he's after the money, not the accolades.
When will the LucasArts console be released?
There isn't one yet.
How is the Jumping Whale doing across all locations?
New York and LA are major successes, but the ones in Miami, San Fran and Seattle are just popular.
When will Star Wars TRPG release?
1983, right before the release of Jedi.
What does Mary think of her siblings?
Joseph: He's okay, and he's just fine the way he is.

Sarah: You are awesome! You can even play dragon.
What will Cat and her kids think of their new cat?
Cat: Sweet God, what fresh hell has my brother unleasehd.
Will we be able to work on more than two productions per year for our animation studios soon?
Actually yes.

in the next rumor mill actually.
Is Kurosawa currently working on Ran?
He is and its awesome.
Is anyone else trying to make mainstream animated shows like us? What would it take for an animated film to be nominated for Best Film?
Not yet.
Around how much would it cost to buy the Jump Manga line or Shueisha in general?
Impossible. And that is all I will say.
Is there a second season of Miraculous planned?
Yes I think there is a pitch.
After Romania how panicked will the Soviets be about Red Dawn on a scale of 1-10?
5. They lost, and its just something that they will shrug their shoulders on.
How's the production of Jonny Quest and the last season of Scooby Doo going?
Well. and that is all I will say.
How's the Memorial construction going?
Again, in August turn, there will be an action for that.

Also, I have just finished reading Berzerk to the most recent chapter.

MY GOD, no wonder people consider it one of the best manga of all time... its like Conan but just awesome with beautiful art!

Just wait until there are ballcaps made to look like a gooses head and fans start buying them for their kids. Then it'll just be endearing.
Impossible. And that is all I will say.
Damn, guess we'll either have to settle for a smaller studio or create one.
He is and its awesome.

Woot!

It's funny you mention that because I also just recently finished catching up with Berserk. It's so fucking good. What was your favorite Arc? Personally, I think my favorite is Lost Children.
Damn, guess we'll either have to settle for a smaller studio or create one.
No, we've already begun doing OEL's(Original English Language manga) through Marvel with my Peni Parker Manga pitch. We don't need to make a whole new studio, we just need manga pitches.

Understandable, besides being a despicable Gaijin we have seriously damaged the Japanese anime industry by treating the workers in Sunrise as human beings and giving animators something better to aspire...

They don't want the same to happen in the manga industry, they prefer to keep the mangakas as semi-slave labour

Movie Pitch: Star Wars: Rogue One
Out of all the crap that Disney has tried to peddle as "new", "innovative", and "made for a modern audience", this movie is perhaps the closest they ever got to truly making something akin to Star Wars (The Mandalorian doesn't count, they got a veteran and a fan in Favreau to do that for them). Rogue One was not a perfect movie, but nonetheless has an intriguing premise, and some great characters that can be better fixed through proper pacing, and perhaps removing the scenes that were there just to subvert expectations.

Aside from that (and a couple more fixes I put below), I did enjoy this film. A bit more characterization and pacing can fix most of the problems, and the re-introduction of Saw Gerrera made it all bearable. Not to mention seeing Vader being badass once more, and the sacrifice of all members of Rogue One as they fight to free the galaxy from the Yoke of the Emperor. I'm not exactly sure if George would be up to directing this, which is why I've put Bruce as the Director, hoping that the magic from directing Empire can be rubbed on this production as well.

Thus, I give you:

Movie Pitch:
Star Wars: Rogue One

GENRE: Action/Adventure/Thriller

SUBGENRE: Science Fiction/Crime/Space Opera

FORMAT: Movie

Set Up: Set in the Star Wars Universe, about a week before A New Hope. All looks lost for the Rebellion against the Empire as they learn of the existence of a new super weapon, the Death Star. Once a possible weakness in its construction is uncovered, the Rebel Alliance must set out on a desperate mission to steal the plans for the Death Star. The future of the entire galaxy now rests upon its success.

Director: Bruce O'Brian
Composer: John Williams

- Fix the Pacing issue in the first act by removing Bodhi Rook' introduction and point of view, keeping the changes in scenes (and planets) mostly to Jyn, Cassian and Krennic's points of view during the movie. Bodhi is not introduced until both Jyn and Cassian meet with Saw Gerrera, and they only know what they have been told about him; that he's an Imperial Pilot defector who has information about Jyn's father thus keeping him a mystery; is he a new partner? is he a mole? Can he be trusted? He becomes a point of contention between Jyn and Cassian.

- Build tension around Saw Gerrera and the information that he might have gone off the deep end in order to create conflict around the characters of Jyn and Cassian; Cassian believing that there might be some good in him yet, while Jyn believes that the news must be true, despite him having saved her as a child. It helps in giving information about the characters (Jyn's distrustful nature and Cassian's hope that there must be good in people, as he himself has done bad things in order to help the rebellion) and delivers a shock when meeting Saw (who still looks sane, but then shows his paranoia).

- Remove Bor Gullet's scene, heck remove him from the entire movie. He does not exist and Bodhi is just scared and confused with PTSD, since he was with the Empire for a long time, and is wracked with guilt, second guessing his decisions as Saw Gerrera is incredibly paranoid and put him in jail. He has every right to be unstable when meeting Jyn and Cassian. Have him struggle with the consequences of defecting. There's also internal tension as not many feel he can be trusted as the mission goes on

- Don't have the Rebels think all is over when they learn about the Death Star. The reason they refuse Jyn's mission is that it's too dangerous, and they need to conserve their strength against this new weapon.

- Scrub all mentions and lines about Darth Vader until the scene in the hallway where he massacres the rebels. Remove the scene where he meets Krennic as well. Keep the shock of his appearance.

- Remove Princess Leia saying "Hope", just have her remain silent and move to hide the information of the Death Star immediately.
Jyn Erson: She is the daughter of Galen Erso, who was left behind as her father was forced to help build the Death Star. Found and raised by Saw Gerrera, becoming a child soldier. After being abandoned by the Partisans, Erso spent several years on her own, committing a number of crimes in order to survive in a dangerous galaxy. In 1 BBY, she was recruited by the Rebel Alliance to find Gerrera on Jedha, where he had information about Galen and the Death Star project.

Played By: Helena Bonham Carter
Alternate: Marisa Tomei

Cassian Jeron Andor: He is a former revolutionary-averse cynic who after seeing and experiencing first-hand the Empire's cruelty (along with his mother's death9 decided to join the Rebellion to restore the Republic. As an accomplished spy and assassin, Andor was well-respected within the Rebellion and was trusted with leading Alliance Intelligence missions by Alliance High Command. Despite his exposure to the dark underbelly, he still remains hopeful, and devoted to the Rebel Alliance and the principles for which it fights.

Played By: Jonathan Frakes
Alternate: John Stamos

Bodhi Rook: He was a cargo pilot for the Galactic Empire prior to the Galactic Civil War. He graduated from the Terrabe Sector Service Academy, and served as a shuttle pilot. In 1 BBY, Rook defected to the Alliance to Restore the Republic, intending to deliver the Rebellion a message from the Imperial scientist Galen Erso. However, he was captured by the Partisans, a different rebel group, who brought him to Jedha for interrogation at the hands of Saw Gerrera, where he remained until he was rescued by Cassian Andor and Jyn Erso.

Played By: Sasson Gabai
Alternate: Art Malik

Orson Krennic: He is the Director of the Imperial Military Department of Advanced Weapons Research. Persistent and ambitious, Krennic was responsible for the development and construction of the Empire's enormous Death Star. An old friend of Galen Erso, Krennic manipulated the brilliant scientist into researching synthetic kyber crystals under the pretext of researching sustainable energy. In reality, Krennic weaponized Erso's crystal research for the battle station's planet-killing superlaser, hoping this would place him above his long-time rival Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and win the favor of Emperor Palpatine.

Played By: John Hurt
Alternate: Jürgen Prochnow
Galen Erso: He is a scientist and leading galactic authority on crystallography and energy enrichment. He abandoned the Death Star project, but was eventually discovered and forcibly brought back into the fold by his old friend and colleague Orson Krennic, whose death troopers killed Erso's wife, Lyra. Erso was instrumental in the project's completion over the next several years, but he secretly built a hidden weakness into the battle station. Erso enlisted the help of Imperial cargo pilot Bodhi Rook, who eventually got the message to Saw Gerrera.

Played By: Richard Chamberlain
Alternate: Rutger Hauer

K-2SO: It is a modified KX-series security droid who served in the Alliance to Restore the Republic, despite having been originally created for the Imperial Army. At some point, the droid encountered Cassian Andor, who was able to reprogram K-2SO to serve the Alliance. K-2SO and his companions traveled to the moon Jedha in order to find Saw Gerrera and acquire Bodhi's message so that they could locate Galen. K-2SO narrowly avoided being shot by Jyn, who instead shot another KX-series security droid.

Played By: Charles Fleischer
Alternate: John Cleese

Chirrut Îmwe: He is a blind human male, a member of the Guardian of the Whills, and a mercenary along his friend, Baze Malbus. He was active during the days of the Galactic Empire, working as an itinerant preacher in Jedha City while also hiding from Imperial authorities. Îmwe helped free Andor, Erso and the droid K-2SO from a group of stormtroopers, eventually joining them in their trip to Gerrera's Partisans, and eventually beyond as they must escape to give the message to the Rebel Alliance.

Played By: Sho Kosugi
Alternate: Jackie Chan

Baze Malbus: He is a freelance assassin, and a former devoted member of the Guardians of the Whills. Nevertheless, he maintained a deep friendship with Chirrut Îmwe, who also served with the Guardians. Following the destruction of Jedha City, Malbus and Îmwe became part of the Rebel group known as Rogue One, consisting of Cassian Andor, Jyn Erso, Bodhi Rook, K-2SO, and Chirrut Îmwe. He's had a grudge against Saw Gerrera due to the latter's paranoid and ruthless actions.

Played By: Sonny Chiba
Alternate: Donnie Yen

Saw Gerrera: A resistance fighter who, following the rise of the Galactic Empire, became a key member in the fight against the fascist government and the formation of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. His tactics during the early rebellion against the Empire led him to be seen as an extremist, one whose notoriety was recognized by both the Empire and the Alliance. Gerrera fought against the Imperial Military and led a group known as the Partisans using terrorist tactics, eventually cutting ties with Mon Mothma and Bail Organa.

Played By: Ossie Davis
Alternate: Yaphet Kotto
Wilhuff Tarkin: A Grand Moff of the Empire. An ambitious, ruthless proponent of military power, Wilhuff Tarkin became a favorite of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine and rose rapidly through the Imperial ranks. He was put in charge of the construction of the Death Star by order of the emperor, replacing Orson Krennic after the latter's failure to stop the rebels from taking the plans.

Played By: Peter Cushing

Darth Vader: Originally a slave on the planet Tatooine, Anakin Skywalker became a powerful Jedi. He was then lured to the dark side of the Force by Chancellor Palpatine and became a Sith Lord, assuming the title Darth and the name Vader. He was sent after the rebel ship that housed the Death Star plans in order to retrieve them.

Played By: James Earl Jones

Leia Organa: She is one of the Rebel Alliance's greatest leaders, fearless on the battlefield and dedicated to ending the tyranny of the Empire. She is the one who receives the plans for the Death Star, and who makes sure to hide them in R2-D2 when she sees they are being chased by an Imperial Cruiser.

Played By: Carrie Fisher

Mon Mothma: She is a leader of the Galactic Senate's Loyalist faction, Mon Mothma opposed Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's policies during the final days of the Repulic. Working in secret, she helped found the Rebel Alliance, and served as its civilian leader during the long struggle against the Empire.

Played By: Caroline Blakiston

A.N.: I've put some of the things I think can improve it, but nonetheless I'm willing to hear other opinions so you can tell me what else could be done to make it better. I envision this movie being made after the Andor TV Series so as to take advantage of the promotion of Cassian Andor, and hopefully making this more of an ensemble film rather than "Jyn Erso and Friends". I will not be making any pitches for "Solo" as I find that film to be an abomination to Han's character. Though perhaps I might be inclined in trying to make some of the other TV Shows...though heavily modified of course.

In 1858 Texas, brothers Ace and Dicky Speck drive a group of shackled black slaves on foot. Among them is Django, sold off and separated from his wife Broomhilda von Shaft, a house slave who speaks German and English. They are stopped by Dr. King Schultz, a German dentist-turned-bounty hunter seeking to buy Django for his knowledge of the three outlaw Brittle brothers, overseers at the plantation of Django's previous owner and for whom Schultz has a warrant. When Ace refuses to sell Django to Schultz and threatens him at gunpoint, Schultz kills him and shoots Dicky's horse in order to pin him to the ground; he advises the freed slaves to take the opportunity for revenge, which they do by shooting him. Schultz offers Django his freedom and $75 in exchange for help tracking down the Brittles.

Django and Schultz kill the Brittle brothers at Spencer "Big Daddy" Bennett's Tennessee plantation. In turn, Bennett pursues them with an armed posse. Schultz ambushes the posse with explosives and Django kills Bennett. Feeling responsible for Django, Schultz agrees to help him find and rescue Broomhilda, and Schultz trains Django to become a bounty hunter. They return to Texas where Django collects his first bounty, keeping the handbill as a memento and for good luck. He and Schultz rack up several bounties before spring when they travel to Mississippi and learn that Broomhilda's new owner is a member of the American gentry Calvin J. Candie, the charming but cruel owner of the "Candyland" plantation, where male slaves are forced to wrestle to the death in brutal "Mandingo" fights.

Schultz and Django hatch a plan: deciding that Candie will refuse to sell Broomhilda if they try to buy her upfront, they will instead offer $12,000 (equivalent to $423,000 in 2023) for one of his best fighters as a pretext to acquiring Broomhilda for a nominal sum. Their intent is to leave the plantation with Broomhilda under the pretense of returning with the purchase money for a fighter. They meet Candie at his gentlemen's club and make the offer. Intrigued, Candie invites them to Candyland. En route, the group encounters Candie's slave trackers who have cornered D'Artagnan, an escapee Mandingo fighter. Django is forced to intervene when Schultz attempts to buy D'Artagnan on the spot to save him. Candie has the trackers' guard dogs maul D'Artagnan to death, visibly upsetting Schultz.

Having told Broomhilda of their plan, Schultz offers to buy her as his escort while negotiating the initial Mandingo deal during dinner. Candie's staunchly loyal and suspicious head house slave Stephen realizes that Broomhilda knows Django, deduces their plan, and alerts Candie. Enraged, Candie alters the deal at gunpoint to sell Broomhilda for $12,000 instead of the fighter; Schultz reluctantly agrees. During the sale's finalization, Candie threatens to kill Broomhilda if Schultz does not shake his hand to seal the deal. Having had enough of Candie's arrogance, Schultz impulsively shoots and kills Candie. Butch Pooch, Candie's bodyguard, kills Schultz, and Django kills Pooch, Candie's lawyer Leonide Moguy, and many of Candie's henchmen in a prolonged gunfight, but is forced to surrender when Broomhilda is taken hostage.

The next morning, the chained Django is tortured and about to be castrated by overseer Billy Crash when Stephen arrives, informing him that Candie's sister Lara, who has taken charge of the plantation, has ordered him to be sold to a mining company and worked to death. En route there along with other slaves, Django devises an escape plan and uses his first handbill to prove to his escorts that he is a bounty hunter. He falsely says that the men on the handbill from his first bounty are at Candyland, and promises the escorts a share of the reward money. Once released and handed a gun, Django immediately kills his escorts, retrieves his clothes and weapons, and returns to Candyland with dynamite.

Recovering Broomhilda's freedom papers from Schultz's corpse, Django bids his deceased mentor goodbye and avenges him and D'Artagnan by killing the trackers. He then frees Broomhilda just as Candie's mourners return from his burial. At the mansion, Django kills Lara, Crash, and the remaining henchmen, releases the two remaining house slaves, and kneecaps Stephen before igniting the dynamite he had planted throughout the mansion. Django and Broomhilda watch from a distance as the mansion explodes before riding off together.

A great movie that corect some big cliché from western movie,a litle kick in the southerner jerks, and potentialy a job for clint

We can still bring modif to a plot when we do the movie/select the movies for the year plan right ?

Last edited:
We haven't been able to do that since the first Star Wars production IIRC. So far, it seems to have morphed into needing to have the changed plot included in the pitch, or for the plot to be modified during it's Sidestory update.
There is actually a reason for that in the case of Star Wars.

You did not write it. And the changes made already are due to butterfly effect.

Two shows have begun production but there is going to be some delays due to gundam.

Spider-Man and Captain America I presume?

Same time as OTL, only this time, there are two less teams, and Donnie is actually doing a lot of investment of his own personal fortune to see it succeed.

From what I've read, it seems like this means that the Boston Breakers and Arizona Wranglers will likely be erased from existence due to real estate troubles making them not worth operating.

From what I've read, it seems like the failings of the USFL were in lack of discipline, and heavily poor financials in that you got a bunch of owners who spent like crazy with little plans for profitability, and no one stuck to Dixon's rules such as the salary cap. Not to mention the constant moving of teams preventing the creation of a loyal fanbase. Hopefully Carrie can keep them in line, and if the owners are whiny about money, maybe she can give loans to calm them down. I guess as the league's only billionaire, Carrie's going to have a lot of hard power.

Yes, unfortunatly. The problem is, he's after the money, not the accolades.

Well hopefully by then Carrie's got enough business experience and prestige to be able to shut Sterling down and prevent him from moving to LA, or at the very least enforce the NBA's rulings and give him the mega fines or force him out of ownership. LA's gotta stay Laker country and the Clippers nowaday being a top class team isn't worth the previous 35 years of misery.

Joseph: He's okay, and he's just fine the way he is.

Sarah: You are awesome! You can even play dragon.

Aw. Why the differences? Is it just that Sarah talks more and loves to play the Dragon.

Also trying to play at the same time as the NFL in 84 didn't exactly help matters.

"I am the Anvil on which War is Forged
As for Bruce... He is widely considered one of the best long swordsmen and Melee fighters in America, despite only having basic training. And the Melees that he has organized have been seen and watched by a lot of people thanks to the melee being broadcasted and recorded.
"I am the Anvil on which War is Forged; now prepare to meet the Hammer, you craven scum!"

That was how it all began, a war cry heard by a thousand upon thousand souls, as the Grandmaster Goose O'Brian waded through the melee like a fallen and wrathful god, a war cry heard by all who witnessed the live broadcast of the Grand Melee. More than a few souls who witnessed this massacre claimed that it was a shame that the man had never seen a live theatre, that he had the presence of the Archangel Michael made flesh, of the dread god Ares made reborn, of Lugh's ephemeral light cast once more, and that such a man would have altered the course of many a war. Some took his claim, that it was not shameful to never have taken a life, a moment of humbleness from the man who could have been more and, as such, made him all the more deserving of such accolades, and others merely saw the moment, the warcry, for what it was: a moment of fancy taken by a man having fun doing the things he loved.

But what Rick Prestley saw that day was something...inspirational.

With the aid of his co-workers and friends at Games Workshop, Bryan Ansell and Richard Halliwell, they once more began refining their work, their war game. While the majority of it was as of yet still in its infancy, these words lay the groundwork for the man who would be Sigmar, as they once more added to the composite to the proposed character from their early drafts, as they once had for Conan. Additionally, as the popularity of HEMA exploded across the Isles and the wider Continent, it too redefined and refined many of their proposed game's mechanics.

But for the moment, all of that hard work did not matter in the slightest, because it was all in the name of having the most amount of fun...and fun it was.

A/N: With Warhammer Fantasy set to be released in two years, I figure they were already in the process of working on the game when video of the melee dropped; figure it led to more than a couple of revisions as a result, so I decided Bruce having fun with it has a slightly different impact on the future than he was expecting.

And all because I saw this
short again.

So instead of Harry the Hammer it would be Bruce the Hammer instead?

Animated Show Pitch: Phantom 2040
I remember watching this show in my teens, and what struck me first was the animation...and how much I hated it! The designs were just like that other show called Æon Flux, which I hated with a passion. it was not until much later on, when I finally had some free time and nothing else was on the TV when I decided to give it a watch to waste some time. I have to admit, the entire premise and story won me over the design aesthetics, and an excellent voice cast did the rest to win me over. I watched the show religiously then, and was sucked into one of the most cleverly well written stories that I've ever seen. The plot follows organically, the mystery keeps you at the edge of your seat, and it never feels like they're talking down to you.

It respects your intelligence is what I'm saying.

If there's anything that needs to be changing, well, there are a couple of things; number one, the pacing. Every second of the show is used, never giving much time to let it breathe, as if afraid that if they don't put this here then it won't appear again. By the same problem, it tends to go a bit too fast, not giving enough time for plotlines or character progression to feel earned. The second it's the animation. I believe I have already explained how much I dislike the Æon Flux style, and I hope we don't imitate it nor create it. A mix of western/easter animation would be for the best, but not that one.

Aside from that, I believe this can be an excellent show to premiere in our new channel, what with it being a cyberpunk theme story involving one of the first heroes, and one of the earliest inspirations at that.

Thus, I give you:

GENRE: Action/Adventure/Cyberpunk

Played By: Jeff Bennett
Alternate: Dave Coulier

Hubert Graft: He is Rebecca Madison's Chief of Security and main enforcer. He was formerly an environmentalist who turned and fought against Maximum to protect the Amazon rainforest, before losing his whole body below the shoulders in combat. Maximum rebuilt Graft's body using biot parts, giving Rebecca Madison complete control over Graft's life. He is against harming children however.

Played By: Richard Lynch
Alternate: Ron Pearlman

Vaingloria: She is a popular starlet singer trained by Maximum Inc. to brainwash the public. She was found as a street urchin and was offered food, shelter, and fame in exchange for her services for Maximum Inc. Rebecca had her fitted with retractable mirrors which can focus light to such a strength that looking at the mirrors can hypnotize and brainwash people. Vaingloria reluctantly takes part Maximum's plots.

Played By: Kath Soucie
Alternate: Katie Leigh

Maxwell Madison Sr.: He is Rebecca's deceased husband, who was killed along with the 23rd Phantom in a toxic train wreck. Rebecca captures his brainwaves and stores them in an enormous computer, and is constantly seeking a stable way to transfer them into a biot or preferably a living body to effectively resurrect Maxwell Madison Sr. He was regarded as a very dangerous and power-hungry man when he was alive and in control of Maximum, Inc, but it is discovered that his plans for the world were very ecologically beneficial and that his ambitious wife Rebecca sabotaged his plans in favor of greedy, selfish world domination.

Played By: Christopher Reeves
Alternate: Jeff Bennett
Sagan Cruz: A Metropian policewoman or "Enforcer", who is attracted to Kit but was initially unaware of his dual identity, and was skeptical about the Phantom's motives. She later figures out his secret and eventually becomes Kit's love interest and partner. She has a genetically engineered police dog named D.V.L. (a reference to the 21st Phantom's wolf, Devil) and in combat dons a well-armored Enforcer suit.

Played By: Lynne Lipton

Heloise Walker: Kit's only living relative, Heloise is the daughter of the 21st Phantom, the sister of the 22nd Phantom, the aunt of the 23rd Phantom, and the great-aunt of Kit Walker, Jr. – The 24th Phantom. She kept the truth from Kit, hoping he could lead a normal life, but accepts Kit's choice to become the Phantom and assists him in his plans to stop Maximum Inc.

Played By: Carrie Snodgress

Doctor Jak: A cynical sensationalist TV yellow journalist who reports the Phantom's activities with a negative spin. His arrogance and vanity bring him to believe that rather than being merely a reporter of news, he "is the news", and therefore anything he does not see (such as purposely covering his eye when it is revealed the Phantom was being framed) is not the news.

Played By: Mark Hamill

Pavlova: Dr. Jak's personal biot assistant, distinguishable by red symbols on her face. Pavlova sometimes questions the honesty and morality of Jak's news uploads, but always has her memory wiped by Jak afterward (a task he does somewhat reluctantly). Nicknamed "Pav" by Jak, the reporter treats her as his friend and sometimes even in a joking, romantic way, because Pavlova was named after Jak's late wife. Pavlova also befriends Heisenberg, who takes an interest in her.

Played By: Liz Georges

Betty: She is a wise street saxophonist who becomes Heisenberg's best friend and companion. She is seen to be aware of everything around her and frequently relating life to the blues. She carries a saxophone that was the property of Chales Lloyd.

Played By: Iona Morris
Sean One: The first human born in outer space and founder and leader of the Free Orbital Movement, Sean One seeks independence for his Orbital colonies. An arrogant and abnormally tall man, he resorts to espionage and terrorist attacks to achieve his ends and is unable to walk by himself while in the presence of gravity. He is revered among the Orbitals' inhabitants in an almost God-like way and is extremely apathetic towards whom he calls the "gravity-slaves" of Earth.

Played By: Rob Paulsen

Gorda: A morbidly obese crime lord and smuggler from Australia who is unable to move by herself and has an army of strong, red-tinted biots under her command. She refers to herself in virtual camera system and has a well-armed robotic kangaroo as her sole companion.

Played By: Paddi Edwards

A.N.: We might need to speak with Lee Falk in order to get his permission, though at that I'm not that sure since the book and comic strip should be Public Domain. Even so, I think we should at the very least show him what we're doing and if only to get his blessing. Also, i've put it so that this series has a 52 episode run, since the original's 35 seemed a bit too short. Hopefully, this will allow for the arcs to have more time to breathe and for the characters to properly develop without any rush.
