The saddest part is, we hate Dandeer SO MUCH that I think we would take a malus to any chance to believe her.

In fact, anything she says we can easily assume will be a lie.

Dende's healing beam couldn't have taken a lot of power to use so can a fighter with a gift for magic continuously heal themselves? Is such a cheating synergy possible? if possible, It would effectively mean that a fighter that can use it cannot be worn down and they could operate like the infinite energy model androids with an additional healing factor. The only way to take them down would be in one shot unless the ability could be blocked.

If having a higher power level made your magic significantly stronger, sorcerors would have an incentive to train their power levels and wouldn't be among the weedier members of the Exile culture. It seems that in the extreme limiting case (like super saiyans) having that extra well of power to draw on helps somehow, but it doesn't automatically make magic orders of magnitude more powerful that we can see. Magic doesn't appear to be cast from ki reserves at all, as demonstrated by there being some fairly capable magicians among the natives of Earth.

To a large number of players, it is basic common sense that sealing the dragon inside Kakara be considered a risky undertaking. None of our sorcerors have any experience with anything appreciably like this. There is no directly comparable instance in Dragonball canon and the most analogous ones are not very encouraging. We simply flat out do not have enough information on the mind/soul/spirit dynamics involved to rule out alarming possibilities, including but not limited to:


1) The dragon somehow vying for control of our body when we spirit-walk

2) The dragon somehow vying for control of our body when we sleep

3) The dragon finding a way to send at least limited information or energy through its Seal (as Jaffur, for example, has) and using that ability against us.

4) The dragon constantly trying to corrupt us which would be at best an annoying distraction

5) Our own attempts to somehow draw power or knowledge from the dragon via some kind of one-way passage through the Seal accidentally setting it loose.


Maybe Poptart gave you a detailed QM Guide to this quest that the rest of us don't have (in which case [expletive deleted] for nakedly abusing insider information you can't or won't reveal), but going with the information WE have, it is extremely unwise for us to casually assume we can just 'do' this.

It's entirely possible that we can seal his psychic power but not his skill, and that he will remain in telepathic contact with his own prison because by nature he is in contact with it. If he's been sealed inside, say, a rice cooker, that won't matter. If he's sealed inside a living being, it will.


Furthermore, it seems like a lot of those who want to seal the dragon inside Kakara ALSO want to at some point gain power or knowledge from the dragon. This may require opening a breach in the seal, and in turn make some kind of mental contact possible.

I like the idea of using the revelation as a tool to help persuade the dragon, so this seems like my favored sequence of events.
 
The general rule of for dragon wishes in Dragon ball is that they can solve any problem, but the plot.

We have so many paths to power already, with half a dozen promising ideas to research even more. A dragon-fuelled powerup just isn't worth the risk.

If we we're to double the Saiyan population then Spirit Saiyan would be quite a bit stronger than most estimates for Super Saiyan God.
 
My concerns:
  1. Edit: I think in all cases, it's advantageous to begin by consulting the sorcerers so they can begin as soon as possible; if it's even possible to suppress his power.
  2. Edit2: Although, interrogating them first so we have better information to give to the sorcerers might also be good.
  3. Voting for too many of the resolutions will mean we don't dedicate enough time to actually enact a plan... don't think it's likely.
  4. Votes for slightly different ordering but lack of approval voting: e.g: interrogate then cooperate, cooperate then all is one.
  5. Sharing All is One as a breach of consent or could be taken poorly by Dazarel. I trust Kakara to have some idea what's okay here and not.
  6. The word interrogation has bad connotations, but it is important we secure information. I can't see Kakara being cruel in this though.
  7. Talking it out won't go well and we'll waste time that could have been spent on resolutions. Although, a prideful being like Daz could take being thoroughly beaten very poorly. I'm assuming they at one point did have to fight something / someone and this won't be their first loss.

I'm not really sure I want to know how you're thinking we go about doing that in a relevant timeframe. Besides, we're already doing well on that front - your idea of a podcast is about to become incredibly popular given we're now the single most famous person on Garenhuld, and we're basically demonstrating how to use the stuff we used to save the world and defeat the Unknown. The collective PL of Garenhuld is likely to go up by a non-negligible amount.

You know what would be faster? Raising the average PL of the population.

I mean, our descendants would be screwed if a rebellion comes but we are popular enough to avoid that for a few years.
