Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Even with all that I'm sure I'm still forgetting plot points.
He glossed over the power to teach his knowledge based (as in, non-fiat backed) perks to people without his power assisted genius. Probably not to his level of understanding but at least enough to use them, possibly even construct pre existing blueprints. Potentially very useful for teaching the AI too. He could probably teach Survey the language of Fashion for a start.

He could teach people how to use the Dragon pulse. That's a skill not a 'power' power. Hilarious. He could literally teach Aisha to be Ninja. Or Tetra Dragon pulse and alchemy.
Objectively the best thing the Ethereals brought to Earth.

And of course, there must be a Divine Elven Mastercrafted Lembas Advent Burger in the future, the platonic ideal of the burger created by Apeiron, The Enigmatic Artificier.
The chubster interlude would be perfect for that.

Unfortunately there is one more left, and it's also a 100cp perk. It comes from TWEEWY
It's actually 200 CP. It's this one.

Fashion Nonvictim - 200 CP
For you, there is no such thing as suffering for the sake of fashion. As long as you wear fashionable clothing, you will always be perfectly comfortable no matter the weather. You can make ill-fitting clothing look good on you with a couple subtle pins in the right places, and it'll always be comfortable no matter how big or small it is. Even in the thick of battle, you will be no worse off for your lack of armor- So long as you wear a single piece of armor, like a shoulderpad or gauntlet, your clothes will protect you as if they were a suit of armor made of the same material.
It's actually like the Fashion perk from High School of the Dead but it does come with a free ability.

Would Tetra having the dragon pulse mean she could start siphoning the planet? She shouldn't care what energy it is as long as its energy right?

Hell part of the reason he's so dodgy around the Undersiders besides there bad habits is their lack of skill, well boot camp Apeiron style might be in order, which might proc his crafting abilities due him crafting the students into better things. Where does the line stop in that situation?

Honestly, this should be almost reassuring to the PRT. They think Apeiron, the Enigmatic Artificer, is a Mad Scientist. Which are a kind of Tinker who are inherently unstable, because they're driven to 'show them, show them all!'.

Apeiron, the Enigmatic Artificer, shows them all by first being the anti-Squealer in his gear, then posing/innuendo, then naming his moves, then using an FTL motorcycle to kill Lung, and now claiming a title.

As far as showing them all, things could be a lot worse. Like threatening to blow up a moon, right String Theory?
Yeah. Totally. There's absolutely no way the Undersiders could ever hold territory. The very idea of such is crazy. How silly.
To be fair, they never really held territory properly. It was more like 'managed disaster relief distribution, maintained order during the emergency period'. Proper holding of territory would involve self-sustaining production, and/or trade with other cities for whatever Brockton wasn't producing. Getting free shit was never sustainable, not in the long run, and that's without considering the whole end of the world issue.

I glowered. "I am perfectly capable of restraint in my work."
"Joe lied as naturally as he breathed."

The ending there was so masterfully done that, despite not being shown, I could literally feel the entire world shitting their pants and scrambling to figure out what the hell happened.

I can just picture the Simurgh flailing in panic above Earth's orbit:
"What?! HOW?! Who in the [DATA] is the EnIgmatic Artificer?!"

Hell, Dragon herself is probably shitting ALL THE BRICKS right now. The best part is that she can't even tell anyone why, because she'd have to reveal her nature to explain to the PRT that Apeiron's dumbass chuuni master effect is so powerful that it was able to affect even an AI. No one is safe.

10/10. Praise the Forge and the RNG Gods.

Also, I have to say, the Forge is straight up shoehorning Joe into becoming the ultimate anime chuuni lord.

First it forces him to be stuck in a perpetual state of Jojoposing, then it forces all of his creations to look unbelievably chuuni as hell, then it gives him a weapon with an edgy name that is literally linked to his soul, then it dangles infinite power in front of his face on the condition that he completely embraces the chuuni mentality, and now it forces the entire world to acknowledge his existence as the Supreme Anime Edgelord.

Joe never stood a damn chance.

And with just one perk left, I am absolutely certain that Joe will unlock the Capstone at the worst possible time, probably within the next 2 chapters. It's practically destiny at this point.

It's gonna be a sight to behold.

I find it hilarious that the power that's causing mass mayhem and panicking PRT is a free add-on to a 100-level perk. Like, you'd think the giant 600 and 800 point perks would cause the most chaos, but no it's the random little stuff. Typical Forge.

Yknow I think that Joe could explain the power sorta like instead of a Master effect, it's a Stranger effect based on himself that causes associating between Apeiron and Enematic Artificer, sorta like how people associate sky=blue and water=wet. It's not a global master effect, but rather an inherent change in the platonic ideal of Aperion that forces the association. This way, because people know the concept of Aperion, they know of the EArtificer, regardless if they are AI or in other dimensions simply by virtue of their nature as sapient beings capable of making metal associations.

"Don't worry guys, it's not a master effect!"

"I just fundamentally altered the abstract universal concept of the name Apeiron so that anyone across all realities in the universe will be able to associate it with my title. It's no big deal, really."

"Wait, why are you running away?!"

Still, the logic of it… Okay, it was out of the way and low traffic, even on the best of times. It wasn't exactly popular, even for people from the college. More of a known place that occasionally came up. Still, it was hard to believe. Not impossible, but still hard.
even at the best of times?
I watched the conflicted emotions dance across her face. I didn't want to be unnecessarily cruel here, but it was technically an attempt to subvert my work. "You want the higher-level features back?" I asked patiently
missing period
"Your set back up. Full features, but as a warning, pushing the boundaries again is going to trigger another lockdown, and sooner than before." I dropped my voice just enough for her to pick up on the meaning but not enough to tip off Brian. "If sensor access it critical to a mission we can figure something out, but do not try to subvert the tech again."
You're ... access is critical
This was the best part, something I greatly enjoyed and barely had the chance to do outside my workshop. Enhanced strength was a strange thing to actual experience. You didn't really notice how much it could affect you until you tried moving. Previously I had mostly carried divine enhanced strength in my upper body, so this wasn't really a possibility. Now, being fully rebuilt, it suddenly was.
actually
I frowned as I closed the distance to Garment's shop. "It's not like that." I said sharply."

What caused it? Seriously, why do I know that name?

Why does everyone know that name?

In my defence, I'm not the one to turn that on, I'm not even in my Laboratory, but I know some curious children that are there and I'm on my way there ASAP to see if I can fix the situation.

Are you saying that there are children in your laboratory, with access to your tech or asenal? And they are doing something?

Yes.

Shit. Please, get there as fast as you can.

P.S. I know this won't happen, Joe isn't one for such subterfuge (even if technically true), but decided that reactions would be hilarious.
