Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Man i just had a thought. Theoretically what would happen if joe gains the perk hard science (raildex) and gains pyrokinetic fiat, than gets the psi boost from FEAR and the fire chainsaw from the symphogear perk, Just HOW powerful would joes fire ability without even using any tech, he would atleast be the equivalent of Johnny storm

In regards to tetra I find myself hoping that joe turns her into something similar the sleeves that archer from fate has. As funny as a chapter about joe streaking through Brockton bay is I'm not sure if I could handle people commenting on how fashionable apeiron's fundoshi is; Besides I'm not sure how comfortable i am with joe using tetra as a loincloth. However I'm sure lord has got everything worked out in a way that will fit the story best. I also love how this story is basically distilling all the messages of its anime universes into one story.

What I am waiting for is when contessa decides that enough is enough and attempts to assassinate him only for apeiron to go into his "strategy trance" and roll M/E, cause when she loses the triumvirate are going to need some brown pants.

I'm kinda hoping that apeiron is more open with the public in regards to wet tinkering. This somewhat reminds of a Star Wars fanfic I read where they couldn't arrest the Mc for using the dark side as it is not a crime but a religion. Except in this case bonesaw (and others but mostly bonesaw) gave bio tinkering a bad rep. As far as I know providing yourself with medical care and maybe "cosmetic surgery" is probably not illegal just frowned upon.

I think that someone already mentioned super power tattoos and how joe might be able to make them and the buffs that might apply and I for one am all for this idea. However it will have the be after he takes care of the simurgh. On the topic giving teach I really hope that he doesn't give the undersides anything else especially power armour because I must say I love Taylor original suit way more than power armour.

I must say that the perk I am anticipating the most is minor blessing Aphrodite since it might kick of some drama in his civilian life. I feel like this is important because other than the gym and his crapshoot family he has pretty much nothing and adding some stakes will make it more interesting. Also if he decides to work for garment he might find himself meeting miss militia in person for the second time. Man joe really needs some friends his own age

Sorry to ask this but I've seen other people reference this before, what is m/e?

Holy crap can you imagine Gourmet Cells being fed the kind of hyper divine super blessed food that Apeiron can make now? That Gourmet Demon would develop stupidly fast.
This could be a fic in and of itself, or maybe a spin-off, due to having a Gourmet Cell bearer eat something made by Apeiron or similar, their Gourmet Demon spontaneously evolve and outpace their host as a result, with the resulting fic revolving around said host's journey, battles, and overall quest in search of a way to restrain and regain control of their inner demon rampant superpowered foodie.

Like joe wouldn't be like "Woah your biology is going crazy... Is that a secondary intelligence? Do you need a focus item for that?"

Minutirization/Efficiency (Worm) (400CP), gives Armsmaster bullshit minuturization
Mostly useful because of the free perk Out Of Context Issue, which makes him immune to all precogs and thinkers besides coil
That would mean that the Simurgh and Contessa can take control of coil to predict Apeiron, right?

Why would she do this? If they discover him before M/E he'll have no significant resistance to Contessa, which means she could easily convince him to join up with them. And I have to believe that if he did anything worth their notice they would have to see the value in having him on board. Or at least in keeping him contained for later use, in a literal or metaphorical sense, as their usual modus operandi seems to go.

Even after M/E I doubt they'll immediately go on the attack just because he can't be predicted. Contessa works around plenty of people/monsters/events that can't be predicted. One of those people is a co-conspirator of hers. If Joe has done something impressive enough to gain their attention and they realize they can't predict him, it's really all the more reason to bring him aboard so they can be sure he doesn't interfere with their plans while still applying his ridiculous power. Though without the auto-social from Contessa they will likely make a far worse impression on him. It's certain in either case that Joe's "passenger" will hate them, at least.

Were talking about the passenger who is fanon personified, Hate its putting it mildly in its future reaction to Cauldron. That goes double for Contessa and TRIPLE for Alexandria

Well Coil can't really "predict" per se, just testing out timelines, there could also be perks gained later that may block Coil as well. Either way, it's not like Coil is even really much of a personal threat to Joe in the first place.

So as far as Tech Tree's go, any chance of seeing a Knight Rider(KITT) Tech tree?, or possibly Airwolf? I loved those shows growing up.

Why on earth would she ever do that? Someone whose power is constantly growing is exactly what they need to kill Scion. Seriously, she would personally murder everyone in the entire city to keep him alive and sane if she needed to. It would be a bargain. Seriously the last thing Cauldron wants is to kill the absurdly powerful parahumans. An absurdly power parahuman whose powers constantly grow at the rate his do? He could be aiming to conquer all of North America and they would be doing cost benefit calculations towards whether or not they should stop him.

I'm not sure if Contessa doing lanything would benefit Joe, keep in mind, her shard, the Eye, is still connected to another Enity and it provides paths that are what IT (possibly Abaddon) chooses. And they all seem to be geared towards maximum conflict, likely to eventually map a future where it tries to take over Scion's shards as the new hub like in Ward.

I agree completely.

I've always found it weird how so many fics portray Cauldron as having an outright stupid attitude towards powerful Parahumans that ensures that they're essentially shooting themselves in the foot.

It literally goes like this...

Cauldron: We need powerful parahumans to help us kill Scion/ stop the Endbringers.
*Random Parahuman with Powerful abilities appears (usually an Alt! Taylor) and makes an impressive showing*
Powerful Parahuman: I don't want to join the Protectorate/ Wards.
Cauldron: We must immediately invest everything that we have into ensuring that their reputation is in tatters and that they die a painful death (or are birdcaged).
