Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Sending her to juvie for 'punishment' for a few years won't help, she'll be just as insane and won't have learned anything. Once she's out it won't stop her doing this all over again to some new target.

No, you send her in juvie to force into her head a critical lesson : actions have consequences. You are not above the law because you are beautiful, your father is a lawyer and your best friend is a ward.

Only then you can deprogram her (Sophia philosophy of weak/strong is incredibly toxic), send her to therapy to treat the underlying trauma, and finally release her.

Er, she's probably the most terrifying "normal" parahuman in the city just in civvies and easily triumvirate tier (as in the whole triumvirate together) with the armour out. Personal training from the kitty devil himself is merely the cherry on top.
Heck, I've been doing my best to keep track of Aisha's powers and kit since the start of the story, and even then I'm having problems keeping up. I'll probably need to get a document just to get things straight at this rate.

Oh yeah, I've kinda lost track too; plus there have been hints of anomalous abilities too. Like during the summit I got the impression Othala was being constantly re-surprised by the sword at her throat. Was that Lethe flickering her ability(no one else seemed to lose awareness that she was there) or was the celestial bronze channeling her ability somehow? Like what's worse than a sword you can't see coming? How about one that won't let you remember being cut by it?

With the stranded story I'm actually kinda confused why Survey isn't with Aisha. Shouldn't she have a Survey instance on her watch or suit or something?

Well, yeah. But she still has a Survey instance. This instance may not be an unstoppable god AI like the main instances but she is still probably a near unstoppable demigod AI.
Survey normally doesn't do instances, as she prefers centralized computing on best hardware available. The small appliances like watches and suit are constantly transfer information to main computer and Survey in them is actually main Survey from the computer. In theory, if data connection between watches and main computer is severed, then there is no way for Survey to reach them.

The one who prefers operating with smaller instances of his programming is Fleet, and one such instance indeed is in the suit, so the real question is what happened to him.

Doesn't Joe mention the watches and his suits having simplified or stripped down instances of Survey? Granted that could just be some interpretation software for the main instance.

When I started the omake series, it was at a point where Survey didn't have any extra instances. Even right now, only two true instances of Survey exist - the one in the computer core, and the one in the main body. All other Survey "instances" are essentially just mouthpieces to the two true copies, and Survey still has problems with having parallel copies last I remember.

Those are the mouthpieces in question. Think client-type software connecting to the full server.

One funny thing is, I bet that stranded Aisha is probably capable of making AIs. It's just as canon Aisha has mentioned in her internal monologue she both has no reason to with the existence of Survey, Fleet and the Matrix. She is also scared of messing up and making a crippled AI because she made a minor error in the beginning of the creation. But here she has reason to make another AI, she would just need to find it a purpose. Already have building, information gathering and transportation. I'm thinking administrator or lab assistant.

And even then, only for now. With Joe and his Duplicates already able to establish telepathic communication, Tetra able to treat anything she has "connected" with as effective adjacent, and the Matrix's superimposition of The Divine Nanite, I'm sure it won't be long until Survey is able to sync up her "instances" via soul-magic bullshit and become a single mental entity that merely exists in multiple physical locations.

Not by spinning extra instances up and down like Fleet does, but in the same way that a pianist can play different tunes with each hand… and an Organist adds feet to the mix.

She will become "Mistress of All: I, Survey"

seeing everyone defending Emma is showing how realistic it is for everyone in school to gang up on Taylor. even if Emma can be help and change for the better she'll go back to her old ways if she come across another shadow starker. (considering how corrupt the PRT is that's very likely to happened) Emma is not worth saving and it's clear she will become this like Piggot if she lives to adulthood but instead of hating cape's it will be everyone she think is 'weak'.
Describing Emma as a normal-ass basic bitch isn't a defense of her; that you would think that it is is a sign that you conflate normalcy with acceptability.

No where in that link does it say law inforcement has to inform you of why you are being arrested

Laws are supremely complicated messes depending greatly on where/when you are.

Here is a video of a lawyer saying the police have an obligation to tell you why you're being arrested in Massachusetts and the penalty they may face for failing to do so.

I'm not digging any further into thus one, but will note there are many other Google results saying it's a common misconception.

There's a delicious, delicious WOG that just got out :

"Also in terms of consequences for Emma, Sophia and Piggot, what are they specifically going to be dealing with.":

Emma is under arrest for the assault she committed on video. She can probably get bailed out, but there will likely be consequences and a follow up investigation. Given the evidence on the video and Taylor (or at least her father) sharing the details of her journal with the police they're probably going to be digging into her past behavior. If they can get a warrant for her cell phone (fairly easy, considering how driven the police are) they'll be able to confirm the entries in Taylor's journal. That could lead to a whole host of new charges.
Sophia isn't on the hook for anything at the moment, but assuming Taylor shares reports of the abuse she's suffered it's likely she'll be included in the investigation as well. She will also need to deal with the Youth Guard and her case Agent needing to cover for the fact that they were covering for her. There are a lot of things that could catch up with her.

Piggot has the police force gunning for her. This is mostly over her handling of the ABB attacks, since a lot of police were caught in the second wave of bombings while Piggot failed to share the warning she received from Apeiron. Taylor's case is really just a stick they can use to beat her, so they're going after it as hard as possible. Successful investigation into the current assault could let them reopen aspects of the Locker case, including dragging out the PRT's lack of action on the matter. It's also fairly likely that Piggot is going to figure out Taylor's identity from her hospital records, which (considering Apeiron's stance on the unwritten rules) is equivalent to finding an armed nuclear device. That will be a very, very bad day for her, and one that is probably fast approaching.

Uh, how is it harmful to say "you can't give a minor a room that would be literally illegal to rent to anyone else in the city?" Especially if it's going to be her primary residence, since she has no family in town.
"Thou shalt achieve the bare minimum standard for habitation" should not be that onerous a task, nor should it even need to have been specifically demanded in the first place.

Bedrooms aren't required to have windows, apartments generally are as a means to restrict housing. However, the wards area lacking windows is important from an identity protection standpoint. Suggesting using them for a few days is a major hardship is like suggesting nobody would ever rent the inside cabins on cruse ships.
