Eliza: You overloaded me and lost everything. Way to go genius.
"Speaking of which... who exactly are you, again?"

Is it possible for Rei or Kaworu to learn that technique?
Given it's Ranma 1/2, and when that came out, there's a high chance they could've worked out how to do something like that already.
Though personally I think Rei would argue that bucketing a guy is a far more effective means of incapacitation. :p

Especially since IIRC that was the Bakusai Tenketsu arc, meaning the victim had to be convinced the poke would make his head asplode. :D

yes it's possible now but it took decades of bugging very smart people for it and in turn those very smart people telling the 1st party that "no that isn't possible" till people got tired of it and figured out how
That sounds exactly how Ritsuko would do it :V
So that's how would Asuka forced convinced Ritsuko to create the Heavy Triple Maser.

Admittedly, Ranma Langley Soryu does have a slight ring to it. :p
Huh, you're right, its likely that Shinji will take Asuka's surname so maybe their daughter name is going to be Ranma.
Though I prefer other names like Aki, or the one that I thought up: Ichi (get it!)

I think this has been brought up in the thread before, but if that were the case, i'd discard Ranma Langley Soryu in favor of just Ranma Soryu, depending on how much Asuka would prefer not to remain associated with her father.

Now that I really think about it, given the manga/anime's release period, the name Ranma reeks of that "We lost in our deal with Misato and now she gets to name the child" thing from Chronicles. :p

"Misato, I swear if some metafuckery happens where our kid get the "power" of Ranma, you are never going to hear the end of it."

"Is that even possible?"

Asuka looked to Kaworu. "Show her."

He rolled his eyes, before drenching himself in a conviniently located bucket of water. "It's pretty annoying when y-you're trying to have a shower." Mari replied, drenched in water. "Cause one moment you're just c-chilling in the back of the mind and then you're suddenly in the real world. And then you just g-get thrust back once the shower warms up."

"You know you can always wait for the shower to warm up, Mari?" Asuka replied. "It's what I do."

"...Huh. Hear that, Ash?" She talked to herself, as she walked over to the bathroom.

"See, Misato?"

The Commander was rather bewildered by the sight. "Hold on, how long have they been doing that?"

"Few months now." Flippantly replied Asuka. "Dunno why."

Misato blinked. "Well, I'm still sticking with my name choice regardless."

"Besides, you're lucky I chose a decent name. Could've been a massive dick about it and opted for something a little more familial."

"...you wouldn't dare."

"You're right. I wouldn't. But that's my point. You're getting off light, missy."

It could be worse. The transformation could be one of the others from Ranma 1/2. Example: Black piglet, cat, duck or panda.
Personally, I can think of worse things than being turned into a cat. Cats are great.

That said, after all the catgirl omakes, I'm sure the cast, particularly Asuka, would probably prefer a break from that sort of thing. :p

Auska's child: So you're saying the reason my legal name is actually for realizes Gendo mcKeelYui o'Penpen Ikari is because you and Dad were and I'm quoting you here(does air quotes) "a couple of little shits for "grandma" Misato"

Asuka: thats right Now remember to call Aunt Misato, grandma or granny at all times in public. Okay dear

Ehh, if they could make contact with our world, she could make an internet poll and get "Child McChildface" or "Cthulhu All-Spark" as a name.
I mean, I know that a couple made an auction on Ebay for the name of their son and Daitan 3 won out.

Do Rei and Kaworu apply on that deal? Because I don't know what name Misato would choose between Rem and Yuki.

My motto in this situation is always "Never tempt faith when you have a god penguin at your side."
Maybe next morning Pen Pen is going to give all of the cast cat ears.

Here's hoping that no one there is allergic to cats. Because it would SUCK otherwise.
Nobody knows (well except for Maya and maybe Rei) but Ritsuko sent her cat away not because she was overworked but because Gendo was allergic to their fur (which made Yui pretty sad BTW), so yeah, if God!Pen needs to do it to someone, it should be for the one and only Bastard King.

Also, in Chronicles we know that a DPS (Dual-Plug System) was discovered recently that it was feasible, but what if they'd found out about it before Yui's Contact Experiment?
Just imagine the multiple possibilities? And now I need Brain Bleach because I thought up Gendo in a plugsuit.

Don't worry, I'm bringing them in bulk for everyone, to take the image away:

Interesting, wouldn't it be, the problem is how to put the original Children into the story.
Well Asuka might be the exception, maybe her parents still had a fallout between each other and as such Asuka was enlisted in piloting Unit 02 with Kyoko, but that seems farfetched.
Well the nice thing about having your work ride merrily off into doujinshi land, you can either tacitly acknowledge the remixed content or work with those persons more closely. It may even give you a metric for release updates.
@waito_x don't you have an Evangelion Art Thread, what was it called? I remember seeing it.
