I'm near-certain you meant that her face is the only SFW part of it (as in, the entire rest of the picture is Not Safe For Work, right)? Because otherwise, you have a very strange definition of NSFW if Rei's face crosses the line in your book (I mean, a face might count as NSFW depending on the expression being worn, but this is not such an expression).

It's cause f things like that that make me imagine you as Aku, from Samurai Jack, as you write.
 
Feels natural, I'd say. Though I question the reasonableness of continuing to hide the truth from her friends, as it seems to put too much strain on Rei.

You could change it to 'that', but seeing as you already started the sentence with the same word, I propose nixing it completely.
