Oriko is doing things we greatly want her to accomplish. We should take an interest, as well as praise her, she is helping us keep Anri from killing herself. Even if Anri doesn't see it, that was already the outcome. That talk can be right here. We will need a rough idea of what Anri is currently thinking, and that goes on behind privacy. We have a few choices already, subject to what we learn. I think we should have Oriko be the mediator, and participate a bit with her and Kirika right now. The "I want to hear what this is all about" opener is possible. Or the "What do you think happens next." Maybe that is a good way to get Anri off her pace?
Hijiri needs to understand herself, in the common meaning of the phrase? That's a long goal. For today, we can telepathy any short message of unilateral encouragement. At the same time, we must not reward negative behavior. Counter her fear with communication, tell her that she, herself is currently making the Pleiades girls feel unsafe by not talking to them, and she can expect them to be defensive. Tell her to talk to us later, and be good to everyone until then.
Our goals for Anri? Find out how and where she has been living. Maybe go there. Get her to commit to de-witching as her goal. Everything should be an "earn your progress" situation. Testing is vital, her value system is kinda shaky. Might be better to get her out of Asunaro, if that works. A new school, and a new part-time job, and perhaps some other timesink can help, because her idea of "thinking things through" isn't so useful. Better she be kept busy. We can have her hunt occasionally with our party, or some other social contact activity. Someone has to mind her. Maybe repeated Oriko sessions? Add in hospital volunteer activity? (Hypnotism cuts through reluctant administrator's resistance!)

Well, on the one hand, I could certainly see Sailor Moon and Dungeon Keeper individually existing in PM-World. On the other, having a lone magical girl bound to an inanimate stone in charge of a dungeon she can reshape with her mind hits really close to Witchbomb, and her fight with the Horned Reaper does the same for the Lichbomb. Not points against, mind you, but something that may attract Incubator attention.
