[X] Quick acting x3
-[X] Attempt to willpower through your current lack of multiform and send a clone to inform Dad of what's going on
-[X] Rush to the other prisoners. You're not letting these people die, whatever the reason. If you weren't willing to kill them in a battle, you're not willing to let somebody do it in cold blood.
-[X] If you sense anyone powering up go to double their level, but preferably deal with them before they finish powering up.

--[x]IT right to the other prisoners.

[X] Even Quicker Acting
-[X] Power up to 15 Million PL (5% of her Masqued PL of 300 Million) since Kakara's Ki Control allows her to do so without letting savvy aliens in on it.
-[X] Rush to the other prisoners. You're not letting these people die, whatever the reason. If you weren't willing to kill them in a battle, you're not willing to let somebody do it in cold blood.

[X] Emergency Multiform
-[X] Perform a Willpower Push to allow you use Multiform again.
--[X] If successful, have one depart the prison as swiftly as possible. Call Dad in and let him know what's going on.
-[X] Ping. With your ki sense, you're pretty sure this'll let you sense almost anybody in this prison, suppressing or not, but if there are other attackers, they'll know for certain that you're onto them, if powering up didn't do it already.

--[X] IT to them and raise PL up to 15 million.
-[X] Guards don't just vanish without the people in charge noticing, and the staff areas are a good place from which to control a prison. Head there to see if you can find the person behind this, or a way to initiate a lockdown.

Supposed to be simultaneous.
I would be much more comfortable if you changed it to raise PL first - there's no point in not doing so since we can apparently hit 15 million without external tells, and your current write-in could more easily be read as ITing and then powering up.

EDIT: Maybe explicitly state that we're suppressing our external tells?

Explicitly raising PL first without giving it away, so that our possible Multiform is at 15 million too. This also makes clear that powering up happens instantly and before ITing.

EDIT: There's no reason they'd close the IT-blocking doors behind them, is there? They wouldn't want to delay their exit and risk getting caught.

Over the course of this quest we have come up with loads of ways for people to fight above their power level. About all of them come at the cost of stamina. So I am wondering is it possible to train up stamina? Say practice raising your resting power level.

It rises over time, and you become used to stamina drainers as you use them. Practicing stamina in general, with stuff like endurance training, would be a yearly action (as if you didn't have quite enough with which to be getting on already :lol).

And now you're even taunting us about it! Have you no heart?

On a more serious note, is there anything in the defences preventing us from ITing to any assassins we pick up? And there's some disagreement as to the wording of Plan Emergency Multiform - if it wins, how will you interpret "IT to them and raise PL up to 15 million" in regards to the order of actions taken?

Nothing prevents IT within the bounds of the prison. If that plan wins, I'd probably have Kakara do those simultaneously given that there's nothing keeping her from doing so.

@PoptartProdigy Does the DC for the will power push to use Multiform go down if we only split into 2 rather than 3?

Well after we cap out on training Multiform we can then get more actions by training stamina so we can use it more.

It does not.

Ah; the limitation on multiform is not physical endurance, but rather, how long you are capable of enduring your soul being split into halves (thirds, quarters) for extended periods. It's a very specific and metaphysical kind of endurance. You're not tired when you come down; you just can't push it through again. Absent willpower pushes.

Have wonder how the afterlife is like for people that have had alot of Multiforms die. Do they find that bunch of bit of their soul got there before them?

It was mentioned a while back but when we asked what kind of Elite talent something like ki control would have, halving our stamina/ki use was given as an example.

That would be cool. Too bad we don't currently have any high stamina draining moves that might prompt a breck-though. Although it might happen if we have a really long fight sometime.

Nah. That fragment just returns to the others.
That is interesting because it implies that souls don't contain memories because we know that if a Multiform dies it's memories are lost. Yet we also know that people in the afterlife retain their memories.

I notice that I am confused. Something that I know about this world is wrong.

Hypothesis: something about the unplanned and forcible recombination of the pieces of a soul after a Multiform clone dies is disruptive to memories. If the soul instead transitions to the afterlife, there is no forcible/unplanned recombination, and the memories are not scrambled.

Multiform doesn't grant us instant knowledge of where everyone is. Better to fully know the lay of the land.

Hypothesis: King Yemma catches souls on death and saves their memories. Multiform clones get caught in this trap too, but they register as junk instead of the actual person, and get deleted.

I find it much more likely the fragments do what the GM literally just said: re-merge. It's a much simpler and less terrible hypothesis.

Also, I'd wager that keeping your memories into the afterlife is due to the permanence of those memories. That is, they are the sum total of your full life experience. Multi form introduces the whole thing of a clone suddenly and violently ceasing to exist. I'd wager memories are jumbled and scrambled in the trauma.

Do you mean so that we can report it to Dad?
The Ping is so that we know where is everyone inside the prison so that we can stop the murder of the prisoners. The multiform is so that a clone goes out and informs dad while we are stopping the murder of the prisoners.

I mean, we could probably save the prisoners without pinging but unless we are assuming that they didn't feel us going up to a million units in an instant, there is not much point for the subtlety and a lot of need for the speed such info would give our response.
