I missed this on first read, but did Sayaka consider and dismiss copying Kirika just now?

Yeah... I'm not to sure about clemency right now, either.

We can discuss our thief's fate after we capture her- alive.

Wait for combat to be over, tempers to cool, and then we can talk redemption.

Add in telling Sayaka to copy Kirika's power. I don't care if she grumbles about it; she needs to learn to be at least somewhat pragmatic, and there's too much riding on this to let something so petty risk success.

-[ ] Either way we need the whole team in visual range ready to fuck her day if something goes wrong

Is there a reason you aren't including the strategy of contacting Homura for mental check-ns, @Onmur ? I know the range of the memory field is short, but it really seems like a why-not sort of thing. For now...

We could give her a varient on the same speech I prepared for Taylor on heroism and acceptimg help from people you have legitimate reason to loathe.

Which isn't actually factually correct.

Or in-character:

Restitution can be considered a monetary punishment or restoration of something stolen/lost. Forcibly copying powers is neither of those, and I hold to my belief that Oriko owes nothing further to Sayaka.
