No, her trait gives +10 martial or +10 occult to someone she has a working relationship with. So her starting a working relationship with Malf or Gomez will give them +10 occult to their national actions.
Not sure why I was ignoring the Occult boost. Cause, yeah, we kind of need that more than Martial.

Well, OK, I really want to be able to do that PMC restructure to get another martial action. So I'd be fine with her bonding with Tamujin.

[x] Plan Dickens & Megamarts

I look forward to Malf setting up his shepherds in Doofania and nobody caring because it's Doofania.

Dang, this one is dominating.... XD

It's a good plan.

It took criticism into account, compromised a bit, made some adjustments, and now most people can get behind it.

The only people in opposition at this point would be because of ethical issues of doing doofs brain, which... ya know... fair point, and people with specific interests the plan doesn't address.

This one made good use of the discussion period before the vote.

Honestly, I kind of hope we can get similar moratoriums in the future. This one was very helpful.

I think this one had a advantage because of how unique the turn is. Miragequest instead of doofquest.

Everything this turn might not be available again so unique opportunities could be focused on.

Plus several units are preassigned to things because of that experiment, so less to debate there. And several very interesting personals and a one turn quest as well.

So there was stuff to debate about but not as much as a regular turn, and we didn't have to worry that much about long term plans as much this turn because of its singular unique nature.

I imagine next turn when things go back to normal we will have several radically different plans to choose from with a large variance in priorities. We should be back to our full roster as well.

I would rather have at least a 2 or 3 day moratorium instead of our usual one day only.

To be honest there was a lot of factors that made this turn EASIER to make a plan for than most turns.

2 of our intrigue actions were locked, and a lot of our action categories had Mirage-only actions which heavily incentivized picking certain actions over others. After that, it was just a matter of picking which heroes would do which actions, go on the quest, and do which personals.

Well, uh, unless there's a massive upset, I think it's basically over, right?
