I think this order makes the most sense.

[X][ACTION] Fight him into submission before you do anything else.
[X][RESOLUTION] See if he is a wish-granting dragon and, if he is, coerce one from him. (x1.25, from, "Ambitious")

I was mostly serious!

This battle felt like an mmo boss fight. All the players giving their all until enough time has passed for one of them to collect a super buff meant to make the fight winnable.

Except one of the devs botched the code and made the buff exponential instead of multiplicative.

"The fight was supposed to last a few minutes after a player got buffed. What do you mean she one shot it with a single punch!?!"

And why won't she let the boss die?

I am a bit wary of the wish option. Dazarel seems dick enough to arrange a monkey paw situation.

I can't quite decide if I think we should try to talk to him one more time before we beat the stuffing out of him. It seems kind of pointless given that we already called for his surrender after the power-up but I guess we could tell him that we promise not to kill him? I'll switch my vote if someone makes a convincing argument but I don't think it'll be an issue for Kakara since we've given the dragon plenty of chances to surrender peacefully.

Always use your words before your fists. Besides, it's not like it can successfully do anything hostile while we're at our level of power.

I saw other people voting and got excited.

Whoops, I wasn't keeping track of the time.

I just completely forgot about the Moratorium.

What? I'm honest.

You may note he never said that he was taking back the moratorium...
Eh, s'fine. Like I said, probably shouldn't have had it in the first place anyway. Vote freely.

Not really a worry considering Dazarel can't grant wishes :p
Kakara: Can you grant wishes?
Daz: Sure can! I would need you to release me for me to do my magic though.
Dandeer: I might just be the foremost expert on magic in the planet. But I think that might be a lie.
Daz: I am a dragon! Your argument is invalid!
Berra: But...
Daz: Invalid!

The thing about the "try and talk him down before fighting" is that we already tried that.

Our power is self-evident. We told him to surrender. He said "no." It's time to spit some rhymes fight it out.
