I think a few people mentioned the Super Saiyan multiform problem but.... Also, I consider it far more likely that Dazarel would just explosively abort the Spirit bomb than directly attack us, becuase we will probably be dead either way, and the spirit bomb can't exactly dodge. The big problem I have with the Golden Oozaru Distraction plan is that it takes our pool of super-saiyan power with it, and if Big Yellow Ragemonkey Kakara gets killed buying time for the other royals to recover, we're stuck at a power level of 375 million for the rest of the fight.

Well, that's part of their likely job descriptions; the gods aren't supposed to spend ALL their time in the afterlife chillaxing. There's an expectation that they will carry out tasks relevant to their portfolio. For instance, the 'directional Kais' monitor the welfare of their respective galaxies and take steps when those galaxies are threatened, as King Kai did in regards to Frieza. The Goddess of Time runs a Time Patrol, The God of Destruction goes around blowing shit up, and so on.
That was because he was an evil psychobastard who shacked up with an evil psychobastard.
Kakara is not, and Maya is about the last person I'd expect to suddenly turn evil. If only because I think she's fundamentally incapable of getting through a villain monologue without years of speech therapy first.
I am fairly sure that Bonny has been shown to be able to have several multiform SSJ clones but that could be a quirk of her skill level.

I'm not a huge fan of trying to Spirit Bomb for the first time ever while our attention is split by being a giant golden monkey.
Let's just trust the adults to hold out a smidge longer. About say, 5 minutes? That sounds about right.
Also I am a fan of the Maya romance path because it is cute as heck.

Two questions. One: What makes you think we can't form the spirit bomb as super saiyan? Two: Why send Maya to speak to the sorcerers when we can send them a telepathic message at a faster speed? Not to mention it would involve Maya probably talking to unmasqued Dandeer and while we already told her that Jaron's grandfather was fighting so she will know Jaron is a saiyan, this is not really the time for this kind of introduction.

Huh, I guess that complicates things a bit. Hey, I recall Goku trying to get Krillin/Gohan to handle his Spirit Bomb after he got beaten by Vegeta (Krillin couldn't, but Gohan managed it or something) and obviously, returning to charge/handle a charging Spirit Bomb after getting knocked away - could we feasibly hand it off to our GO clone and continue from there if our Saiyan body gets wrecked while charging it up?

One, it seems as though in this campaign, Multiform doesn't split our attention, it creates more attention. The only time it becomes distracting is if the various multiform clones are in direct communication (neither necessary nor desirable here), or if one of the clones dies (which is, admittedly, a drawback here).
That said, the big problem is that the adult royals need a diversion RIGHT NOW to recuperate and bean themselves back to health and strength. Now that they've been tipped off to how the dragon is nerfing their abilities they can probably hold out for five more minutes IF they get a pause to recuperate from the wounds and exhaustion they've already suffered... But if we don't tip the scales a bit more in their favor right now one or more of them might literally die before that can happen.

Well gonna toss this out there, no reason to leave our SSJ PL off the table if a clone can provide some support while we charge the Bomb. After all this is Kakara "Choosing between mutually exclusive options is for chumps who haven't almost perfected multi-form before they were 12" Goku might as well lean into that.

You are right, Kakara is already seen by members of the Faith as basically a Saint after what she did at the conclave. After this? Assuming we pull it off every member of the Faith is going to be convinced shes the second coming of....well not Goku, maybe Endivan? Gohan? eh you get the point.
Also it helps that we're basically feeding into Berra's grand vision, that he's been laying groundwork for his whole life, about unifying the Saiyan race and taking our people back to the stars. This whole Age of Legends thing, reclaiming the lost strength of the Ancestors, learning about other Saiyan's out in the universe from the Dragon, Tamar's invasion force conveniently bring ships and knowledge of the wider galaxy to us.....yeah its not hard to spin that into DESTINY pushing us forward.

I was looking at our character sheet again, and it only just occurred to me the synergy between Team Fighting and Multiform. Training the former could be ideal if we wanted to get Hand to Hand to Exceptional overall, though if we want to learn Gohan style (which I eventually do) then we'd probably want to train the latter second considering it penalises team fighting.
Is there a thread consensus on what we want to train next? I know there's talk of Perfect Multiform, and I assume we want to get Tien style above Novice considering how our first fight with Meerak went.
