Wrong. We completed the Blue Zone Containment Lines Action chain a while back and then the lines were just integrated into the rest of our Yellow Zone Offensives Actions. There is an end point to Red Zone Containment Lines as well, but they are much larger.
 
So sounds like we will want to do red zone offensives simply because this is likely the only time we would have available to actually implement them? We won't be able to do them effectively in the future because NOD military would actually be on the ball at that point. So this is a way to sneakily slip more territory away from NOD and undercut their industry? I certainly do like the idea of going on the offense like that!

Cut down on the areas that they can gather resources from and that cuts into their ability to wage war on us! It also means that the vein mines or whatever would be most lucrative would still be ready and waiting for us to implement after we finished those red zone offensives and the connected mining. It may not be the most immediately lucrative of actions to take to regain our budget but I only really ever say our budget as something to be used to take the fight to NOD, take the fight to Tiberium, or build up GDI.

Frankly the first two generally are more effective helping the Third objective simply because the first two have shown immense capability to get around our build up and defenses. Take any NOD masterstroke as an example, or take for example how Tiberium is literally breaching the surface and wrecking our shipyards! The planet isn't going to last the century! We need to go on the offensive as much as we can without falling for any traps. GDI is simply not in a position where we can afford to turtle. We have to be going on the offensive simply because time is not on our side. That fact can only be changed through GDI action. Inaction only makes our situation worse.

For a start this is not the only time we'll have them available, once we have more ZA troopers trained we'll be able to do them without stretching ZOCOM as much. The current issue is doing them now before the ZA troopers are trained, something only an option due to Nod's current weakness.

As for taking resources away from Nod? Not really, no. Any RZ harvesting they do is likely to be very near to their own borders with the RZ. Basically we're both harvesting in different places so we are unlikely to impact Nod's resource gathering at all.

Really hope the London 1 is just sabotage or failure rather than theft. NOD with Zone Armour is bad.
Nod already has power armour, mostly given to the Black Hand. Also they almost certainly have captured suits at some point during the decades of warfare

Yes but we did just overhaul it, which had us take all the tech advancements we've had, slap it together with the power armour NOD uses, and threw all that onto our ZA. It would be very bad for them to get their hands on this right now considering it's basically their existing gear combined with the best stuff we've got.

More the opposite. We looked at everything on the Nod suits, compared them to our Zone Armor, then ripped out everything they didn't need to function like a Nod suit. They're more or less similar to Black Hand armor, just GDI style and made for mass production.

Basically whatever is cheap. I'd like to at least get started on the railgun munitions soon. The new iso projects seem like a cheap and really important improvement to our new computers

We usually can't deal with Goals stuff properly for the first year anyway, but this one might be different.
Depending on what we are committed to, we might want to start walking forward with something like Reykjavik 5. For example if we know we'll need to complete a large number of zone armor factories. And since we committed to North Boston 5, we should start with 1 die per turn on that. We don't want to leave it too late and then have to do a mega-rush, while having an energy and capitol good crunch.
We should finish off that Frigate Yard too.
But yeah, expect half our dice on just whatever is cheapest and not useless.
 
If there's something in Services that would help keep the Qatarites alive I wanna do that quickly. One of the 20R Steel Talons projects in Military, probably try one more Zone Armor factory. Tiberium dice should do Super Glacier mines and Vein mines. We need to income and abatement. Though we did do those Visceroid Studies, and I remember Bossmsn saying that would also help keep the Qatarites alive.

I hate to say it, but Agriculture should focus on Kudzu. The +1 to every die is very helpful, and it's very cheap. The rest is a bit beyond me.

Unfortunately I don't think it will go that way. With the increasing population we only have 4 turns of food and the Dairy Ranches will be taking up more. We'll probably be doing aquaponics and mechanization for a bit to get ahead of future demand.

I don't like this because I want genetically modified plants! Pouliceplants at the very least for future medical technology.
