The eponymous Lake is a lake in the Forest of Châlons, which is a real physical place, and In-quest we have Cadaeth remarking that the Forest of Châlons "belongs to a local Goddess". There's also the fact that Borek told us Morghur is a God, and Morghur is definitely physically present in Karag Dum.A magical lake that moves around and only appears to the worthy.
