I'm also not absolutely confident that Dragonflask would put her down for good. If we keep her here we can keep hitting until she's down permanently.Dragonflask does take a crucial moment, I'd prefer countering.
We are unlikely to get her in a better position and Learning is Mathilde's highest stat.
If one of those ocean beasts found their way into these waters, they would find themselves constricted, suffocated and starved from waters too shallow to cover them and prey too tiny to nourish
I dunno. The Chaos Champion we fought was 30 Martial, and yeah he's Khorne and everything, but he's lived a fraction of Drycha's life. It feels shocking that she has 20 martial.
So it's a case that Drycha is fighting in a place where she is effectively weakened due to lack of enough magic in the forest and the forest actively being opposed to her rather than being a friend.
Suppose there would have been a bonus in the other direction if we'd tried this in Athel Loren.
She is a murder machine. She has Weapon Skill 7, same as Asarnil.Drycha is not a murder machine though, she is intrigue and learning, the fact that she has heroic martial at all is a credit to all those years.
Since when has that stopped us?
Does she have a peak though? She's a piece of wood. Also I assume that after a few centuries you hit a soft "cap" that makes it harder to grind your stats up, having already achieved your physical peak.
Drycha is basically suffering the Daemon problem, namely that she is a magical creature that needs magic in the area to fuel herself.Suppose there would have been a bonus in the other direction if we'd tried this in Athel Loren.
3 cheers for the battleground, I suppose.
They don't have any particular vulnerability to fire, that's for Treemen and such.Dyrad's are made of wood right? And well we have a Dragon flask it'd be a waste not to use it here.
I dunno. The Chaos Champion we fought was 30 Martial, and yeah he's Khorne and everything, but he's lived a fraction of Drycha's life. It feels shocking that she has 20 martial.
She is an ambush fighter, and that guy lived and breathed war.I dunno. The Chaos Champion we fought was 30 Martial, and yeah he's Khorne and everything, but he's lived a fraction of Drycha's life. It feels shocking that she has 20 martial.
Hm. Alright. I understand. I just felt like the rolls were basically irrelevant considering the bonus imbalance. It's like she was destined to lose with how heavily the odds were stacked against her.
Well still there made of wood so it should still be an effective counter against them. They don't have any particular vulnerability to fire, that's for Treemen and such.
