So, I tried to make an estimate of how many troops this all adds up to. Unfortunately, there are not enough hard numbers, so it is mostly assumptions.

tl;dr Around 500 000 men not counting Sisters of Sigmar or mercenaries.

So the way I estimated this goes roughly like this:
13 State armies plus Imperial foot being half that, with army size taken from Army of Ostland at ~ 16000 men

23,5 knightly orders with morrites from stirland counting as 1 and White wolves also counting as 1 full order at about 1100-1200+ men per order, as a rough average from the front page.

Flaggelants with 15000 from OOB of Salkalten multipled by 9. Very arbitrary number, but I assumed that if we could muster 15 000 from 1 not very Sigmarite province, The entire Cult going on a holy war can muster almost 10 times that number.

Civillian volunteers. Militia numbers at salkalten multipled by 5. Again the multiplier is very arbitrary, but I figured that there are bound to be a lot of volunteers frm all over the Empire but with 2 major crusades earlier, not as many as 10 times.

Have to apologise for the overall shoddyness, but I really don't have much to work with.

[X] 2

So here's my two cents.

1 is probably Army of the range plus Suprise Doom Morai Wren Vs either beastmen or the mutated monstrosities that the beastmen made the Middlenland Expeditionary force mutate into.

2 Is as noted before, the forces of the Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse Old One Worshippers fighting against the different forces of Chaos that were drawn from the coasts to them over the years.

3 is Johanna probably running into another beastmen attack focused on the Army of the Forest.

Stephan has a new fleet and his old one. He can do it.
No he doesn't. Stephen won't keep the Druuchi ships. They are tainted with Dhar like the ones that the Expedition to Albion captured and brought back had. Those were sacrificed to Manaan and not kept. In fact they wound up just taking up space that Freddie could have used. So no unless there is something unique about those ships that Stephen captured. they will all be disposed of.

I mean i would hope that the FIRST IMPERIAL FLEET could make serious notes about design and copy it so they could craft better ships?

Can't. The reason they are such good ships is primarily how they're made, in ways that require magic we can't copy.

I seem to remember us mentioning this before we got keelhauled
I brought it up before a while ago, The answer I got was that there wasn't anything interesting about those ships warranting copying. There was more but essentially they were junk that was better off being disposed of. Given how long the Druuchi have been around. those ships that Stephen captured are probably literally copies of the ones Frederick captured than sacrificed.

I don't recall them being tainted with Dhar, just that what made them special was elven wood and crew. And he used them to get his army here, so clearly they can be used, even if not optimally.

I suppose we'll just have to wait and see on that front. But it would be in character for him to offer to help replenish Ostlands fleet, I think.

Ah, whoops! Fixed. Yeah. Ulha'up is slightly younger but only a smidge as they came out of the pools, but he's also crazy and has no restorative connection with the Sublime Communion, so he's weaker than Mazdamundi but still, you know, Second Generation Slann.

Nah, Mazdamundi is still most powerful in the quest, and oldest living. Even if only a smidge. Few minutes difference in when they came out the pools.
...well Prophets often do come from the outcast, and if that is how the Old Ones intentionally wrought U'ha'up to be, perhaps the Great Plan is not as awry as some fear.

It's hard to say, really. All we have is the following blurb from the 7th Edition Armybook, repeated on the wiki:

Ulha'up was considered quite mad. He was determined to explore the world, his attendants spreading the word of the Old Ones wherever he went. He believed that the rest of the world was spiritually and physically corrupt, and that were he ever to touch anything of that world, his own powers would be grounded and corrupted also. Everywhere he went he travelled on his palanquin, a long train of other such platforms bearing supplies behind. When this became damaged in a battle, his Temple Guard lifted him up upon their shoulders, and a litter was made of crude branches, to carry him onwards.

Ulha'up has long since passed beyond the sublime communion, and so the Mage-Priests of Lustria have no idea where he may be, or even if he still lives. Perhaps one day he will return to Lustria, having spread the wisdom of the gods far and wide. Most of the Slann doubt this.

----------

I mean, he's pretty out there. Plus, he's crazy enough to think 'if I ever touch anything from the rest of the world, my powers would be grounded and corrupted like it is' and then when his palanquin got blasted he immediately had a litter made of crude branches. Branches? You mean parts of that world that should ground and corrupt your powers because they come from 'the rest of the world' that is also spiritually and physically corrupt? Unless he was carrying around a bunch of crude branches from Lustrian trees, which...for some reason I just sorta doubt, then...yeah. He's kinda nuts. But he is still a 2nd Generation Slann, and he still had a train/army of attendants+supplies with him when last the Slann heard of him/perceived his existence.

Then again, if he was somehow right, then it really didn't matter much when the Skaven blew up a moon.

Actually the Norscan converting to old own worship would greatly help the world and probably cause a spread of old one worship. The Norscans trade as much as they raid. That is a lot of opportunities to convert people to the old one worship.

The usual issue with the idea of converting the Norscans still applies though. The closer you get to the polar gates the more things play by Chaos' rule. Chaos worship is so prevalent in Norsca simply because when so far north any tribe that doesn't worship Chaos will be outcompeted and eliminated due to all the boons and powers the Chaos gods can provide their followers so near the polar gate.

Probably the only reason why the Old One worshippers have survived so far is due to having the enormous power of a second generation Slann on their side.
