First Eggman has 40 in Brains, +20 in rolls with eletronics and Rusty has 10 in Brains.
There's already 70 roll from just that. You just need to pass a 50 roll and is golden.

Summary on my plan
Power:
-Attacking the Black Arms with Clove. We are promised good rewards if we do the last hit on the Black Arms, and with Metal stuck on guarding duty due to his lack of leadership, Clove is the only one who can do this.
Heart:
-Piastol with Belle. This one is pretty locked in already from previous discussions on the matter.
Logistics:
-Egg Drones to help Starline search the conch in later turns with Isara leading the project. We got a LOT of stuff we need to find like the Conch, Sonic, Maria, the Darcsen Queen, and etc. Thus we need to prepare this as soon as possible so that Starline can get start working immediately once he returns from the heist.
-Metal Mines with Orbot and Cubot. Because we need a constant supply of Metal ASAP. Want to also build the factory, but considering it also consumes metal passively. We can wait a turn for the mine to generate some metal first.
Brains:
Cassia. Because the gene therapy would only take two turns, we can blitz the treatment considering we don't need to worry about the Black Arms anymore. This way, we don't need to waste an action creating the suit.
Trickery:
Infiltrate Empire. Beginning stage to find the Empire's Emerald, hopes of finding the Darcsen Queen to help pacify Gallia, and finding the Nameless that we could ally with. There are a LOT of things we could get with this Action, and the sooner we start this the better, so that the Darcsen Queen don't get snatched by other faction and so that the Nameless don't build an alliance with other faction like the Restoration/GUN. Why Rusty? She's the only one left and she at least has 8 points in Trickery.

Only safe option is magical object it seems.
