My pride and joy. I briefly manage to transform my dream into reality thanks to the power of Dark Gaia but that blasted Headgehog ruined everything and now is nothing more than a pile of ruins. This will not stand! I will rebuilt it bigger, better and far more secure than before! Eggmanland will rise again and this time it will not fall.

It would be a monstrous action since that place is implied to consume so much energy Eggman needed to harness the power of a god to power it up.

@Kingster if it's possible for metal to gain the ability to heal both machines and organics with chaos energy? Or chaos energy infused with ragnite? Because my thought for that upgrade would be from using the ragnite reactor plus the chaos ragnite beam…which allows metal to manipulate ragnite and chaos energy.

Positive chaos energy charge comes from helping and healing others, while negative charge comes from harm and destruction. Similar to the shadow the hedgehog games, but instead two seperate abilities could be done.

1) Ragnite Chaos Revive! (Metal uses full chaos positive charge to not only heal all Allie's and itself in combat, but can bring an allied combatant back into the fight again.One use a battle)

2) Ragnite Chaos Destruction! (Metal overcharges his core to unleash a ragnite and negative chaos energy infused attack, Hitting All Combatants with an unavoidable 3 HP damage hit. This includes Metal and cannot be negated, anything destroyed by this attack cannot be salvaged after combat, used a full negative chaos charge, one use a battle.)

3) Ragnite Chaos overdrive form! (Metal uses both positive and negative chaos charge and unleashes his core to create a semi super form that enhances metals combat ability by 25% multiplyer. Metal can only stay in this state for 3 turns and is immune to damage if the enemies power roll is below 30.)

It's an interesting idea, and would need to check if its possible and how would it work mechanically.

One thing thought is that you would need Metal to scan the biodata of soemone that can use chaos control to make that happen, or maybe plug the chaos Emerald on him to allow that?

While it has Chaos on it's names, it's most because it sounds cool than because Metal can use chaos energy. He is still ways from being able to do that.

And it would be a way for metal to surpass sonic AND shadow the hedgehogs. Because neither can do this.

And a chaos emerald would probably let metal do this constantly, besides having to go either raid gun for chaos drives (my favorite thing to get in sonic adventures game to level up chao abilities and such), or create a chaos drive factory.

But the idea is sound, and u even have a omakes idea for metal to learn how to do this with sage while he's on one of his empire work camp raids.

As for chaos healing, basically it would take that rounds turn for him to do so…still roll for combat but it wont be for doing damage to the enemy but for healing Allie's, both organic and mechanical. Which in this case I think he could theoretically roll a 1d4+1 for healing damaged Allie's or himself, extra healing can go to next damaged unit and so on until there is no more to heal…and that energy is wasted.

Edited: looked up some info on chaos drives, apparently made by Gerald to infuse chaos energy into living tissue, aka creating bio lizard and Shadow…which means it can be used for healing.

Heck might have allowed Maria to last as long as she did in cannon.

Anyway according to the game balance (and I agree) you can carry 10 chaos drives, so being clear here Metal could use the chaos drives as a replacement for a chaos emerald (but only has 10 charges to use his abilities I listed, some actions can be chosen to direct the charges to do more damage or healing for ultimate abilities…)

Also chao use them regularly (based on the four colors from the game's and lore), to improve themselves.

So basically with black arm cells, chaos drives, and Ragnite? The cure is in sight for NIDS people! Also the two other then black arms dna can be immensely useful for healing sick, harmed, or dying people.

Which is great propaganda for our TV series for Metal!

(Also anime as heck…sod it were making the TV show a Anime!!!)

you make a good argument about incorporating thw chaos drives for this, thought eggman would need to resesarch rigthnatie a bit more to see how to combine both it and chaos energy.

thought the abilities gained would not be like what you proposed:

Would have to reduce the effect, a mass heal and even bringing back anyone from 0 hp to full would be a bit much. would either make it they get 1d2 hp back or bring one from 0 hp to half hp.

You might not think this is much, but 3 unavoidable damage is A LOT, most enemies have 3 HP, it's only the bulky ones/veterans that have more than this. This would wipe out most encounters.

Would need to either quit the unavoidable part, reduce the damage so it doesn't do 3 HP, or even have Metal automatically be reduced to 0 HP and need Eggman to use an action to fix him.

This are good suggestions, would need to discuss a bit how viable they are but really like these ideas.

I will point out that the Ark had some kind of healing device on it in Shadow the Hedgehog. Grabbing that might help with the healing stuff. Combined with the ragnaid, might make it workable. For meat people, at least.

1) the 1D2 hp sounds like it could be best considering limited use of resources and power (unless we risk a chaos emerald)

2) spending a action to repair Metal is a good idea for the risk…and yeah it trivialize some stuff but Metal wouldn't take that risk unless he goes out of commission anyway and eggman can retrieve him.

3) and great! I figured that super state is basically either a 1.5 multiplier for combat score or potentially a 2x multiplier…which makes sense how sonic can beat down most enemies when in this state.
