[X] Ahsoka will stay and observe the questioning, giving advice on any tells that the suspects give. A Gurlanin will be used as a body double for Ahsoka as part of the trap, but there's a decent chance that her pursuers could see through the disguise.

we have stupid levels of luck so the body double will likely work and Ahsoka's knowledge on the suspects will hopefully end this sooner

The force must really not want Anakin to know who Luke is.

most important Hutts alive and quite popular.
Aren't those synonyms?
Some younger Hutts meanwhile go even a step farther by attempting to build up a less shady image/reputation for themselves, taking a lesson from Ciarans and Borvos approach to business and Ciarans public persona. Achieving something in two decades what others need centuries for doesn't lie.
I'm wondering just how many are failing just because they're Hutts either because of the reputation that implies or because they do something cheerfully psychopathic that would be unthinkable to someone not raised in a clan of the most successfully career criminals in the galaxy.

Hey, I was doing some research for my upcoming omake, crunched some numbers and came across something surprising. Ciaran was fifteen when Silas left her in the Undercity (according to the Force Healing Coma/Plaguise thing) where she became a small-time information broker/bartender, at sixteen became leader of the Abyss Watchers and Nabooed Naboo when she was twenty-one.

Point is we can pull a 'when I was your age' thing on Ahsoka.

Oh and before I forget:

That would be absolutely hilarious to see.
I agree. @Dr. Snark Hey! Prime material for a few laughs right here!

"I know the Council has good intentions, but they way they acted; put the words of a single person over all my past actions and who I am, because that person was wearing a uniform of the Republic. And then, when I reveal the truth, they say it was all at test of the Force... Barris has a point, they can't accept they're not infallible.... but I've been a Jedi all my life. I don't know what else I could be."

"Oh come on. You've got tons of skills and the potential to use them. Why when I was your age, I bought this place."

"You bought a cantina at sixteen!?"

"Offically no... unofficially the Coruscant Licensing Bureau is ridiculously corrupt."

Ciaran's life story is an inspiring rags to riches story. I mean, cutting out the whole criminal and Sith stuff. At which point the story becomes believable enough you can actually find someone willing to make it into a movie.

Weeeellll ... I need to correct the Origin omake now. My math was apparently off horribly.

Heh, taking over and running a gang at age 18? Pfft, that's easy, try 16. You and your damn fact checking. (Kidding~ ... sort of.)

My reaction:

I would be shocked if Ciaran hasn't had several movies made about her by now, ranging from feel-good stories about a poor young girl becoming one of the galaxy's greatest philanthropists to biographical movies to cameos of her or a person clearly based on her in anything set in the modern time.

...Seems legit. I'm sure I can figure out some way to throw that in.

Also while I was busy writing this up a bunch of Teron things came in:

To: Ciaran
CC: Gulan Terrek
From: [Redacted]

Abyss Watchers Organisation Composition

Fate Comparision: Quest - OTL (Now and Near Future)

OOM-9, Naboo, Grassplains - ??BY

Hutt Crime Post-Black Sun eradication/Post-Ciaran intervention

So in order: Canon, canon, interesting comparisons, canon, mostly canon (the Hutts aren't actively expanding into CIS space but you bet your ass they're using the opportunity to get in on some sweet black market deals Forces of Corruption-style). Meaning in total that's...five +10s.

...Once again, this continues to remind me that there's no way I can have any turns in this quest without a full house of bonuses. *shakes head in disbelief*

Ascension In C

The story of a Undercity barkeep who snuck her way into high society and charmed her way into a job at the IGBC and several business investments, but never forgot where she came from with her charity work and aiding those forgotten by the monolithic galactic government (though we'll need a creative way to explain how we met Grievous).

I think Ciaran would have fun with the person researching it,
Hang on, if you were just a poor city kid, how did you get invited to the parties where you made your name?
I just showed up and was so charming no one thought to ask to see my invitation.
That can't possibly have worked.
You'd be surprised how isolated all the different social groups in Coruscant society are, turn up at a big enougth party and people just assume you're another person from some other circle. After that they don't bother because now they know you because they invited you.

TBH this is pretty much how Ciaran became an influential and successful celebrity in public - by playing the role so well that people bought into it and made that lie truth.

The Force Bond, and presumably how it was brought up by their shared experiences with the Son, Daughter, and Father. Plus her thing is Shatterpoints and that's breaking possibility and future over its knees with the vision.

So Anakin is about to break time. Completely. Forwards and backwards. Got it.

Fixed. Changed to them employing a 'wait and see' stance to wait for the aftermath.

By the way, you forgot the Xruk omake where Xruk complains about people not taking him seriously anymore (as indicated by a few omakes)... and then going on a murder spree on Tatooine.

Lol, I see it. Meeting Grievous would be more or less the same way we did meet him, only highly dramatized.

Ciaran was travelling through the region for some reason, and stumbles into Kalee. She goes down to the planet, there's fighting, a daring rescue and escape by the Kaleesh Resistance, Grievous gets introduced and tells a bit of his tragic background. They steal back Ciaran's ship for her to escape and bring news back to the Republic.

This movie writes itself.
