About lightsaber colour, if we make it strobe through bright colours really rapidly could we cause epilepsy and seizures to our enemies?

Okay, Melee with Ciaran suddenly became somewhat frightening...and we can give this sort of training to our agents...I think palpe's guards are gonna have a tough one.
Honestly, I would think the increase in stamina and endurance is more important. With this, it is now possible for us to continue fighting without the issue of exhaustion reducing our abilities. Day-week long fights are now possible for us, if not month long fights, without any breaks.

Or do paperwork for hours on end without tiring which I suppose PR-1 will abuse but such is the price of genius. Truely, Ciaran is her own worst enemy.

Uhhh, if we're fighting that long, we're already screwed. It'd be useful for a front-lines commander, but any fight Ciaran gets in is going to be self-defense or a surgical strike. In the case of the former, if she can't outright kill her attackers, she should be attempting to flee before reinforcements zerg-rush her, and to delay for her own allies. With the latter,, we're usually pulling infiltration/spec-ops. Getting in an extended firefight is pretty much the worst case scenario.

Being able to last on extended missions is good, but getting stuck in a multi-day fight with neither our organization, nor our enemy's coming in to aid one side or the other? Not a very realistic situation.

or we go do that slave thing, we cold just keep fighting them.

Another 30 pgs, another omake count
Since the last check, we've added 6 more omakes, pushing out total to 40 omake bonuses for next turn.
This turn we had 20 possible actions, plus one free action (Wookie Maps). We didn't use any Personal Attention, but we did double-up our Learning, which means we spent all 40 omake bonuses.

Depending on the rewards from Jango's Hero Action, we may be receiving another +1 Personal Action, so we should plan to aim for 42 omakes as next turn's cap.

Since the last check, we've added 7 omake bonuses to our tally for Turn 27. Only 35 left to go!
(Also, I've updated the three 'Omake Index' posts).

Knowing Ciaran's luck, she makes a lightsaber that can change its color with just a thought if the information about AM is true. She could just change the color into whatever she wants to troll everyone.

Random Jedi: "She has a red lightsaber! She is obviously a Sith and can't be trusted!"
Ciaran: "What are you talking about? This is blue!"
Random Jedi: *WTF* "That looks purple now."
Ciaran: "Well red and blue do make purple. Maybe you were hallucinating a little."
Random Jedi: *Is very confused*

Between the reroll vote and the reaction post, I forgot to write up the dice statistics!
  • Our highest roll was 95 (for tracking Maul) with 3 of the 21 rolls > 90%
  • Our lowest roll was 9 (for 'false flag') and was rerolled to 91
  • Our median this turn was 58
  • Our dice average this turn was 58.95 (sum of all rolls is 1238, divide by 21)
Thanks to our bonuses (default, omakes, heroes), we had a 77.4% chance of succeeding in every action this turn, before accounting for that reroll. Basically, any time we roll an average >50%, we're probably going to success at everything that turn, and pull off quite a few crits.

EDIT: so long as we keep maxing out our omakes, that is. Just sayin'...

In case you want to compare this turn to previous oness in the quest, here's a chart:

And here's the data:
Here are the previous turns in this thread, as rolled by Dr. Snark
  • Turn 25: dice average was 65.1 (highest roll was 95, lowest roll was 20. 3 of 17 rolls > 90%)
  • Turn 24: dice average was 38.6 (highest roll was 80, lowest roll was 1. 0 of 18 rolls > 90%)

  • Turn 20: dice average was 35.7 (highest roll was 63, lowest roll was 11. 0 of 9 rolls > 90%)

But yeah, as others have mentioned some of the other benefits of being good at Matukai are stupid endurance/tolerance, and an ability to resist and process poisons safely.

Now obviously we're not going to be sipping cyanide tea for breakfast, but the fact Ciaran just got a huge amount of resistance to one of the subtler and more insidious threats on her life is fantastic.

Combine the ability to laugh at sleeping 8 hours along with her new body double and I'd be incredibly surprised if Ciaran doesn't gain another personal action.

Yeah, that's nice and all, but I'm pretty sure the thing Ciaran's most looking forward to about her body double is Annoy Padme: Now in Stereo

I find it funny that a strength-focused style of combat is now completely viable for Ciaran. No one will expect it.

Combined with Soresu mastery Makutai basically makes one the endurance predator of lightsaber duelling.

Defeating the Dark Lord because we can laugh at sleep would be a bit ignoble however.

A question after mastering the Force art of Extreme Stamina does Ciaran get an extra personal rol because she can work harder or would that reward be gamebreaking?

Yeah okay. Voting over. So I did the reroll and it was...a thing...

False Flag (Reroll): 81 + (20+15+1) = 117

Before people start freaking out over this, I'm not going to cause another Thyferra situation because of this, don't worry. Honestly I have a more...agreeable way for things to shake out in your favor.
... Okay, I'd arguments on the flaws between two kinda catch 22's, that fit the tone of do well, but not perfect. But eh, likely been discussed ages ago by now.

That, and the TV Tropes link needs severe updating, as I think Ciaren is technically becoming more of a Lady Henderson the more she profiteers from this...

... Almost too the point I may want to write a pseudo nega/mirror omake, that ends with Palpatine trying to romance/converthe Ciaren awhile back... only to be stuck in a relationship he just can't shake off, and grow to curse her name in Sith everytime he has an idea on how to do things more... 'peacefully.'

I get convert...but not romance. Palpatine is kind of way older than Ciaren, and a sadistic control freak. Any sort of attempt at romance would have to mean keeping up an act as long as he was around her, something which he was getting pretty tired of by the end of the clone wars.
