Lights... Camera... ACTION!!: A Hollywood Quest

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi Magoose here one of the guys helping Duke.

So we have some bad news.

The quest has been canceled as duke does not want to write it anymore.

I'm going to ask if I can take over for it, because I like this quest, and it would be a shame to kill it
TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

I'll see you all around.

With so many regards, Duke William Of.

Again, I'm still mulling over what we should do and if I should restrict some actions... but then again, it hasn't really stopped us so far so...
Well, the thing is, I really don't see why you should. As I've mentioned before, an actor's move to directing or producing is normal in Hollywood and in nearly every part of the entertainment sphere. We're having a lot of fun proposing ideas for shows and movies, producing Star Wars is fun as well, and we haven't stopped acting or looking for opportunities to act. It just so happens that the dice seem to favor more our actions when it comes ot Producing than acting, and we're still blacklisted so it's understandable that we go for different routes.

This is fun as it is, just keep it like that.

MASH Results: The End of An Era (Season 3 Results)
MASH Results: The End of An Era (Season 3 Results)

Script Quality:
Episodes 1-5:D100 + 30 => 87
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 30 => 54
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 120

You were not surprised that the Scriptwriters were… not feeling up to the task of completing the script to last season's hights… because there was really nowhere else to go.

At least until late in production, and then the news of the contracts, and that of a few of the leading men… were just… clicking together.

People were finally leaving production for good. There was a farewell to friends and those that worked on the show.

And then, it all came together in two heartbreaking episodes.

One after the other.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Episode 8 Directing Roll:D100 => 76-5=71

When you directed the episode, you had let it slip that you could speak Chinese, though not mandarin, which was a shame, because if you did, it could have made the whole thing a lot more authentic. Though it would have been inconsistent with Radar's character to have him claim he knew it, due to… well, him not practicing before. So you came up with a very funny reason for him to start learning.

He's trying to win a bet from Hawkeye who claims he can't speak a single sentence. And you acted trying to speak a… horrible butchering of Cantonese

With the crew helping POW's, Hawkeye and Rader were trying to make sure the prisoners were okay.

And… well the episode was hilarious, and thankfully didn't do much in the way of stereotypes against the Chinese… besides the whole communist's bad thing, but you could accept that considering the war setting.

You were very happy about the whole episode as the whole. It was standard… bog standard for direction, but it showcased your growing competence behind the camera, and it wasn't terrible or relied on any silly gimmicks that the last episode had.

But it was good.

Reward: +2 to directing Skill.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alan Ada SP:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 30 => 61
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 30 => 32
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 108

You honestly thought Alan was really… just not trying after the first few episodes, he was disappointed with the scripts that he had to work with and he was, frankly, frustrated.

You could imagine your shock, however, when he directed the last two episodes instead of one of them, and he was quietly and safely, trying to show he was a damn fine director and actor.

Alan Directing:D100 => 95-15=80

He succeeded on almost all counts. And he darn near brought you to tears.
----------------------------------------------------

Loretta Jane Swit SP:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 103
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 107
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 130

Loretta was going to win an Emmy this time, and it was not even a doubt. She was incredible even with subpar material.

And frankly, you were going to be as happy as everyone once that happened.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wayne Rogers SP:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 10 => 70
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 10 => 98
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 10 => 98

You were honestly surprised that Wayne had such a very strong string of episodes at the beginning of the season, and it was honestly… kinda sad that he was leaving.

Sure he was honestly afraid that things were going to go downhill, and he wanted to work on bigger and better projects besides a Korean War tv show. Said it was slowly becoming irrelevant with the end of Vietnam.

You disagreed heavily but to each his own.

But how he exited... that was some of the biggest bullshit you had ever seen convived.

He just, transferred with no fanfare, no build-up, or even something that allowed there to be a narrative throughline.

While realistic, didn't really make sense, and was not set up through episodes.

This was fiction, let there be a reason dammit!

Yet is was easily the most powerful send-off till...

Mclean stole the show.
------------------------------------------------------

William Christopher SP:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 10 => 51
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 10 => 98
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 10 => 99

Will was almost electrifying when he entered the spotlight, and it was almost incredible how effortlessly he became a priest for the MASh, and it was incredible for so many soliloquies and monologues about faith and love being delivered by that one single man.

You honestly thought that, if it weren't for the writers and your own faith, he might have pushed you back into the Church.

He was that convincing now.
------------------------------------------------------------

McLean Stevenson SP:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 10 => 82
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 10 => 65
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 10 => 110

That son of a bitch, in those last episodes, might have won an Emmy.

Might have if it weren't for you.

Just everything about the last five minutes was chilling. and he wasn't even there for it!
-------------------------------------------

Larry Linville SP:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 39
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 39
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 66

Larry once again is finding himself under a frustrating and infuriating situation, where he is back to being a character of himself, and the uniformed service.

And he hates it. But he did a decent job of it after a while. When he was allowed to improvise.
------------------------------------------------------------

Bruce "The Goose: O'Brien:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 110 => 174
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 110 => 178
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 110 => 210

Honestly, and this is just perhaps a humble Brag…

You were walking away with an Emmy. Damn Mclean or Even Alan. Because it was going to be brilliant.

You expected The Emmys to be a Bloodbath this year, with MASH stealing them all. You hope.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Alan/Loretta Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 60
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 44
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 88

Alan and Loretta were friends and something is just not changing. They laughed, cried, and celebrated.

It was how friends should ask.
------------------------------------

Alan/Wayne Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 60
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 81
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 38

Alan and Wayne were clearly onto something.

And then you realized, that the last episodes were going to be a gut punch. And it was perfect.
--------------------------------------------------

Alan/Christopher Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 130
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 105
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 114

You honestly believed that if there was ever a friendship you wanted to emulate on TV, it would be… the one between Alan and Chris. They were open, honest, and able to see and talk about many of the things that made them friends in real life.

And it was honestly heartrending to see it captured on film.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Alan/Steavenson Chemistry:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 30 => 108
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 125
Episodes 14-24:D100 + 30 => 50

Stevenson was a professional till the end.

So much had happened on set and in the show, that seeing him leave was just… too much.

And then that ending.

The ending that everyone should have seen coming when the contracts were not renewed. But something you didn't think the Studios would have the balls to do.
------------------------------------------------------------

Alan/Linville Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 123
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 88
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 121

To think that despite Larry's lacking star power…

Well, let's just say that being with others really was awesome.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Alan/Bruce Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 90
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 85
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 125

Alan was just… the best, no one really expected you to change the relationship, or even to make it different, but it was a glowing thing to just…

Well, to be honest, the fact that the hilarity was just filled with wholesomeness was just… good.

It made people wish for friends like that, and hopefully, they would put in the effort.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bruce/Wayne Chemistry:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 10 => 67
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 10 => 13
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 10 => 43

Wayne did not seem to care about his scenes with you… and honestly, with how the show was written, he was happy about it.

But damn did it just suck.
------------------------------------------------------

Bruce/Linville Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 10 => 48
Episodes 6-13:D100 + 10 => 41
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 10 => 105

Larry was just there for a time, he was funny and bounced off each other well.

That was until the last episodes.

And oh boy… did that really really sell just how much the man was able to use his powers of acting with you.

Though you did all the work.
----------------------------------------

Bruce/Christopher Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 10 => 54
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 10 => 78
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 10 => 72

Chris was not in many scenes. But damn did you wish you shared more screen time.

Problem was… You were just not happy that the first episodes felt so rushed and strange.

Cause everything else was primed for white-hot humor, and perfect faraway.

It was a missed opportunity.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Loretta/Wayne Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 60
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 44
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 130

To think that it was the end.

Well dammit, it was, but Loretta was not going to waste her chance. And Wayne didn't seem to get that message until the end.

And they knocked it out of the park.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Loretta/Christopher Chemistry:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 30 => 85
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 95
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 116

You honestly think that Loretta was going to be winning this year if she can drive you and Chris to tears like that in the final episode.

Like… Who the hell wrote that episode…

Wait Alan and Mclean Wrote it?

Damn.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Loretta/Stevenson Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 30 => 72
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 128
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 65

Loretta deserves a better class of actor to work with.

But she definitely had Mclean to help her through some rough scenes.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Loretta/Linville Chemistry:
Episode 1-5:D100 + 30 => 72
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 30 => 87
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 30 => 68

But the thing about Larry was, when he was able to, he just made other actors funnier, and shine brighter.
-----------------------------------------------

Christopher/Stevenson Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 10 => 21
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 10 => 15
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 10 => 35
Christopher/Linville Chemistry:
Episode 1-5: D100 + 10 => 48
Episodes 6-13: D100 + 10 => 24
Episodes 14-24: D100 + 10 => 59

They had a few scenes together. And that was it.
-------------------------------------------------------

Production Design:D100 + 20 => 33

Nothing was done to increase the production of the set, but there was some good times that were to be made.

You were happy with what you had. Because next season, Lucille was going to bring the Budget.
----------------------------------
Makeup:D100 + 20 => 56

They were not going to Win an Emmy.

Sad.
----------------------------------------
Environment:D100 + 20 => 72
To think that the rain actually made the whole set look better.

Mud everywhere.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Choreography:D100 + 30 => 120

On a bet, you and Mako decided to have a spar, with you easily winning.

Then everyone had an idea, and now, starting at the end of the Season, Rader was going to be doing some cool stuff.

Like… intelligence work. At least as an aide. It also gave you an out for an episode or two.
---------------------------------------------------------

SFX/Soundtrack:D100 + 20 => 103

If this crew does not get a production Emmy, you will riot!
---------------------------------------------------------

Flaws During Production:D100 - 20 => 3

No problems. Thank god.

You were going to be tired if every production you worked on turned out and had problems at every level.

@Magoose Was the +40 to Director roll from Master and Apprentice for George on Star Wars or was it meant for Bruce? Because if it's for the former, that's pretty great to see George improving and well probably make for a way smoother production considering how most of the cast found him frustrating to work under.

It said George knows how to direct.

So i thought it was obvious that it was meant for George?

Hmm..how many seasons left does Bruce have in his contract?
Okay, in OTL M*A*S*H lasted for 11 seasons and Bruce's character remained in the show for 8 seasons, only leaving because the actor wanted to spend more time with his family.

I don't know how long we'll remain on the show (or if the show will last that long) but I think we'll learn next update.

Travolta Fever
Travolta Fever

A miracle. John Travolta had no other word to describe the complete 180 that his life had taken recently. Last year he was a struggling Hollywood bum who was used as a cog in the television machine, and now he was starring in a film that was hyped up by the town's establishment as the movie of the year, with millions of people across the world to see him rock out as Nate Rusfield. It was a magnificent leap in his career, and one that John could not have done without the help of his friends Bruce and Carrie.

That one fateful Saturday had been the absolute lowest point in John's life. He was exhausted and worn out, metaphorically beaten by monotony of being used as a living prop by the various shows of CBS. He had been shamed more than ever to actively seek out help and try to weasel his way into a part for Carrie's film, fully convinced by that point that had he crossed the rubicon and met with failure, that he was going to book the next train ticket back to New York in disgrace.

Fortunately in his darkest moment, light had shone and John had not even needed to put any effort, with Carrie specifically requesting for him to come and take the part of Nate. It was an exhilirating sensation, to be sought out particuarly and chosen over a legion of film and music veterans for Carrie's debut. John had met Carrie a handful of times and she had been a receptive audience to his musical ramblings more than once, and apparently that was more than enough to gain Carrie's confidence and favor. Even during his time on Broadway he had never been regarded as a star, just a fraction of the ensemble.

The confirmation had not been as easy and clear cut for as much as Carrie had wanted him to play Nate, John still had to pass a final trial and gain the approval of the Director and Producer who saw her action as that of an erratic diva who wanted to play nepotism for her first film. John had been ambushed when he arrived on set and was presented with two scenes and a song with only a single hour to practice and give a decent performance or else he'd be given the boot and they would choose a professional. Little did they know that John had already read the script, and despite having looked at the songs once, they had left a strong impression and he remembered the verses and notes by heart. John took half the time and then gave them his best performance performance in years, transcending the script and sheet music to undergo a metamorphisis into Nate Rusfield. Two shocked suits and one haughty smirk from Carrie later, and he was in the big leagues with his film debut.

While working on television had been a hellish drain with each set, his time on Some Nights was genuinely one of the best in his life. Everybody was a professional and took their duties with a mixture of seriousness and passion that was miles ahead in quality over the dull and robotic repitition of a show. For the first time since he got to this town, he was taken seriously and with respect, the director listening earnestly to his input and notes and giving strong constructive feedback in return. All of the crew and extras had been very pleasant and fun to work with, and the music production and actors who played his bandmates worked well off of John's talent and gave rise to performances that John thought he'd never see again after Broadway.

Of course the highlight of the film was the woman who created it in the first place, Carrie Fisher. Even with the quality of the script and songs, there was a small cynical side to John who thought that maybe he was stepping into a vanity project and Carrie could not live up to her parent's legacy. Such fears were entirely blown away in his and Carrie's first scene, as Carrie had played her part in a way that exceeded her writing and proved to have just as much natural talent and skill as Debbie Reynolds in the peak of her career. Not only did she often outshine him and everyone else in the cast, but she went above and beyond in production and did everything she could to ease the stress of the crew through the logistical hurdles of making a musical and was always first to volunteer with lending a hand and easing the behind the scenes work. Just seeing a single second of her at work was enough to inspire John to go above and beyond, with him putting 200% into every performance and doing his best to be the first to come in and last to leave so he could make sure Carrie had the best damn debut she ever could as thanks for giving him a lifeline.

Overall, outside of meddling suits and the wack-a-mole harassment of scientist freaks, these past few months had been some of the best days in John's life, and all thanks to him striking conversation with a fellow New Yorker who was a bit tipsy and eager to celebrate his 18th birthday, and John had only shown up at the bar in the first place cause he was waiting for a date but had been stood up. John couldn't imagine things getting crazier-

"So John, has Carrie been enjoying herself on set?" Asked Debbie Reynolds as she poured John a glass of lemonade in her kitchen.

Yet things seemed to be crazy and exciting as John was now reguarly rubbing shoulders with A-Listers and Hollywood Elite when previously his only degrees of fame association had been his friendship with Bruce, his mother being a former New York stage veteran, and his Dad being a former football player turned local tire magnate.

John was over at Carrie's house today as they agreed to meet after the day's filming to rehearse their duets together as while John perfected the part of a rockstar in his solo and band songs, him and Carrie still had some kinks they needed to work on harmonizing together. He had been shocked when Debbie had greeted him at the door and offered him inside with a glass of lemonade, but it was not his first high profile interaction. After filming began, John found himself bumping into big time producers and A-listers along with entering into ongoing talks with some of the most famous record labels in the town. Apparently he had become quite the hot topic of the town as an unknown who got the lead role in the film shaping up to be the debut of Debbie's daughter and heir. With John maintaining a consistent high quality on set, he got a lot of eyes turned in his direction, and once the film proved to be a success then perhaps he'd get a flood of roles and deals.

Fortunately his talk with Debbie was proving to be anything but a scouting venture, with Debbie making polite small talk and asking about her daughter, "Carrie's been amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better co-star. Everyone really loves working with her and she has a blast whenever we're doing the songs and choreography." John answered before taking a large sip of lemonade.

"That's great to hear, although I could do without my daughter arriving back home with her hair littered with confetti." Debbie said, creating a strongly bashful John who nearly choked on his lemonade.

"I'm really sorry about that ma'am, but the whole prank war was Carrie's idea and it really helps to let the crew have some fun between shots. Although if it's any consolation, Carrie hits back twice as hard as she takes." John said, having a brief traumatic flashback to when she replaced his hair gel with cinnamon frosting and putting a clown mannequin in his car.

Debbie gave John a disarming smile, "Oh don't worry I was just teasing you. I'm glad that Carrie's having fun and isn't too stressed out. I was worried she was going to have a hard time in her first movie, so it's nice to know she has a friend to rely on."

"And I'm forever grateful to Carrie for giving me the part. Working on the movie...it really helped restore my love for acting." John said sincerely.

"I must admit that when I heard Carrie had refused the studio choices and gave the lead to one of Bruce's friends, I was worried she was acting emotional, but I listened to some of the recordings the other day and I must say you have some real talent, just as good as those big shot rockstars touring the country." Debbie praised earnestly

John did his best to fight back a blush, "Thank you Miss Reynolds, music has always been my first passion and I really hope that with all I learned from this that I can gain the inspiration and experience to write my own songs soon."

"Carrie said you did Broadway work, were you trained by any of the regulars?"

John shook his head, "Nah, everything I know came from my mom. She was a local celebrity on the New York radio stations and she gave me and my older brothers and sisters a lot of passion for music and theater." Speaking of, "Miss Reynolds, I hope I'm not a bother, but would you mind if I asked for an autograph for my mom? She's a HUGE fan of yours and if she knew I spoke to you without asking she'd slap me silly the next time she saw me."

Debbie laughed at the statement, though truthfully Helen Cecilia Travolta would indeed do it if she ever found out, "Sure thing."

It was then that Carrie entered the kitchen, "Hey mom, do you know when John's gonna arri-" Carrie asked while brushing her seeming wet hair with a towel, only to be greeted with the sight of John conversing with Debbie. "Mom!"

"What sweetie?"

"I told you to tell me when he came, not interrogate him!" Carrie exclaimed in annoyance.

Debbie played it off with a swipe, "Oh don't freak out Carrie, he's only been over for five minutes and you were getting ready."

"Don't worry Care, we haven't gotten to the embarrassing baby photos yet." John joked

As Debbie's eyes lit with inspiration Carrie hurryingly dragged John out of the kitchen before Debbie started piling on the Bruce treatment.

For the next hour the two practiced together in the mansion's resident music room, which had apparently been the bedroom of Carrie's stepsister before the divorce with Carrie happily converting it upon her return from New York with soundproofing and a plethora of audio equipment.

While Carrie had an amazing voice, she had some struggles in switching from her traditional stage and classic pop style of music into rock and romance songs, but she was steadily improving with each performance. On John's part, while he felt heavily in the zone singing or hitting the major dramatic beats of the movie, he had troubles establishing some chemistry with Carrie, both dramatically and in song. While he liked to think that by now him and Carrie were friends, with the main core of the movie being their character's failed romantic relationship and chemistry, John had a hard time trying to be romantic with Carrie when everytime they had a scene together it made him feel gross like he was betraying Bruce and having an affair with Carrie, even if it was all acting and Carrie never felt that way towards him.

He brought these concerns to Bruce, along with guilt for having taken the role that was originally meant for him, but surprisingly Bruce took things rather well. What touched him most was when Bruce said, "John, if there's one person in this town that I trust to act in romantic scenes with Carrie, it's you." Having gained his best friend's trust, John was able to let go of his anxieties and let go of the last of his inhibitions to playing Nate, doing everything short of method acting to transform into the character.

An hour into their music session, the duo had just finished their romantic song, "It Gets Better" having nailed the harmony and notes on the sixth try. With both their throats parched, the two shared a water break.

"Hey Carrie, how come this movie is a rock musical? I don't mean any offense, but you don't seem like much of a rockgirl." John inquired.

Carrie scoffed playfully, "Well just goes to show how much you know, I'm a major Beatles nut and I also have all the records for The Beach Boys, Who and Queen." Carrie retorted. "More seriously, I didn't want to make a traditional musical like mom's movies because I felt they would just romanticize Nate's lifestyle and show business. Rockstars are already known as bad boys who just indulge in sex and drugs freely, and no one seems to care, so I thought it'd be more impactful to show the suffering they go through and just how abused and manipulated rockstars go in their careers, and by extension actors." Carrie said.

John nodded in understanding. Since Elvis had shared his story of his personal downfall and salvation through American Graffiti, the topic of mental health and the stressful life of being a famous musician had gripped the attention of the American public and each day more and more rockstars and other big time music celebrities were opening up about their struggles and personal hell, with the latest round of singles topping the billboard focusing on such deeply personal topics.

The discussion of such brought John's attention to a question he had been wanting to ask for a long time, but never found the right opportunity to speak, "Carrie, you said before that Nate was what you would be if you hadn't met Bruce. Just what...do you mean by that?"

At the question, Carrie's mood started to turn dark and John feared he had crossed a bridge too far, "You don't have to-"

"It's okay, I'll probably have to answer this a lot in the future if Some Nights becomes a big hit." Carrie said cautiously, then took her time collecting herself before answering, "Before I met Bruce, I was pretty miserable. I know that I had it better than most, being born into luxury-"

"Hey, just because you're rich it don't mean that you don't have a right to be sad. You showed with Nate that being at the top can be just as bad as being at the bottom." John reassured, earning a thankful smile from Carrie.

"Couldn't have said it better myself. Life just wasn't going great. I was doing weed and experimenting with hard drugs, every day of highschool was hell and I was losing all of my friends, mom was hyperfocused on work and was still married to that bastard, few things were going good and right. Then I met Bruce, and he really saved me, showed me that I mattered and everything was going to be alright, that I could change and make things better. I think if I never met Bruce, I would have just lived in silence and just pursued fame and stardom without any care or plan. Maybe everything would have been okay and I could handle my career by myself, but I really think that if I never met Bruce, I would have ended up just like Nate, and the thought of that scares me to death. So...I wrote Some Nights to move past that fear, and to try and tell a story that it's never too late to change and take back your life." Carrie said, each word a mixture of soft melancholy and quiet strength.

John took it all in in solemn silence, a pregnant pause being held between the pair for a good half a minute. Carrie had already amazed him with her sheer talent and dedication at work, but seeing this side of her definitely increased his respect tenfold.

"You know I can't guarantee that we're gonna be the best selling film of the year or sweep the Oscars, but one thing I do know without a doubt is that your story is going to reach a lot of people, and I know it will help them, if not more." John said firmly.

Carrie smiled in gratitude, "Thanks John. It wouldn't be possible without a certain Irish-Italian Rockstar at the lead."

"And I wouldn't even be in Hollywood anymore if it wasn't for your work and giving me a shot. Thank you Carrie."

Hmmm...I'm applying to have Hercules, Mordred, Ragnar, Grimmwood and After Hours to share the same timeline of events,
The First Three yes.

The other two, no.

While I understand why After Hours isn't included, given that it's supposed to be supplemental material to Indiana Jones and Steven Spielberg might not want to expand its lore more than necessary, can I ask why Grimmwood is not included in the merged timeline?

Honestly curious.

Mostly because it's based on an IRL property that I don't know enough about to do it Justice.

So I just realized that Ronald Reagan is still the Governor of California at this point in the quest. Our efforts to lobby for the tax break might not go through.

Although Regan loves tax breaks, so maybe it'll get some traction. It's also got an argument for not being welfare, so it's got that going for it.
