I think you're interpreting Ling Qi's self-criticism in the wrong direction.
Ling Qi is reflecting on how her relationships resonate with Zeqing's nature: binding her friends close, having herself as their (only) means of emotional support. That's why Ling Qi mentioned Suyin's hero worship and Meizhan's crush in the same breath -- it's not that Ling Qi likes that Xiulan has no other friends, it's that Ling Qi likes that
being Xiulan's only friend. It's the satisfaction of having so much influence on them*, that Ling Qi criticizes, rather than anything to do with her friends.
...I suppose the best (most positive) way to put it is that Ling Qi likes that -- from the perspective of Suyin, Meizhan, and Xiulan -- their relationship with Ling Qi is at 4 dots?
*Ling Qi is probably only verbalizing her thoughts now because of the confluence of an extended introspection session, thinking about Fu Xiang and his words about manipulating the perspective of others, and Cai Renxiang's words about caring about others. If we get minors to speak with Meizhan and/or Suyin to finalize those relationships tomorrow, I will laugh and laugh. (The idea behind this week's winning plan was to cut down on minors!
