Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Ah Joe, we'll have you cackling like mad and declaring you will SHOW THEM ALL! with the best of them in no time

Can't wait for him to go "so what's the mechanism in your locket do?" all guilelessly and detonate the plot

Only as a distraction I'm sure~

Unfortunately that doesn't seem probably with his current Perks. Maybe if she tries to heal her? Or if he tries and fails until he starts using protective effects rather then healing or curing ones?

Under what category does GG Spark fall under? Joe is currently A Master Mechanic with the Holy Socket Wrench & Black Thumb.

Odds are Joe will get The Garage & The Vehicle, but the Vehicle may become a Volkswagon instead of the Pinto, Europe you know.

Will he get the perk "Putting on the Reich" for clothes?

Sparks are reality warpers with a steampunk engineering theme/veneer. Max level sparkage is literally godhood. Fully sapient clockwork robots are a semi-regular thing. Merely being a very good engineer is just not enough to keep up with people that can build a pistol capable of punching mile wide cylindrical holes in mountains at a range of several dozen miles, while half asleep.

Also, Europa under the Baron's Pax Wulfenbach is sometime in the nineteenth century. Having any twentieth century car show up would be quite strange. Edit: And, now I think about it, probably a liability due to the lack of dressed roads in and between anything but major cities and particularly wealthy towns.

As for the clothing perks, Sparks are well known for being snappy (sometimes literally) dressers so that would just help him fit in with the natives.

Well this was fun<3 I'm actually fairly interested to see where the rest of this goes? Maybe he'll lean in another direction instead of god/primordial/cyborg this time?

I wonder if fixing Frau Gruber's cart will work against him with the Mechanics Guild. Oh, the Mechanics Guild knows he could trivially be certified. They are holding it against him that he has repaired That Damn Cart though. Half the town's traffic ordinances are due to her!

I'm rather curious about the next few scenes. Agatha is mugged of her locket and kicked out of university, and then Moloch von Zinzer comes to threaten her the next day.

Moloch is thought to be her boyfriend and the spark by the Baron. Agatha and Moloch end up taken to the Baron's flying castle at that point.

There are several places where Joe could fall into her orbit. He could end up taking Moloch's place. One difference is that I could see him knocking Moloch out, and Agatha fleeing to his room. The Baron and his men show up and arrest Moloch as the spark.

Agatha and Joe end up fleeing town together in Frau Gruber's cart.

I just thought of something. If Joe builds Fleet, it would be intended to sanely/safely drive Frau Gruber's cart. She'd end up teaching Fleet how to "properly drive."

Let's see there may be some terms that folks not familiar with the setting need to know.
Sparks are the setting mad scientists with minion mastery that seems to scale with power.

Constructs are the biotinkered creations. Punch and Judy fall here.

Minions tend to be humans with special skills or former humans with upgrades. The smoke knights are tech ninja and Jager kin were heterodyne soldiers before taking the Jager brew. The Jager brew is the Heterodyne Captain America formula except it makes you a furry with sharp teeth and a fondness for hats.

Minions can be recruited, are sort of cult-like, and tend to be loyal to their spark's bloodline.

Clanks are the local clockwork robots.

I did a reread of the latest chapter and one part hit me with a wave of sadness. When Joe finally had the opportunity to open a door to his workshop I really felt the absence of Garment.

Garment is a silent character that always makes her presence known. It is really sad to see Joe happy to be able to return to his (home) workshop and not be greeted by or give a thought to how Garment is.

I hope in a future update Garment can arrive and experience this world wacky clothing.

Now I'm curious about what would actually show up; the Garment Gloves of course but the mind behind them? It's unlikely to be the one we all know, because this Joe never met her previously.

Talking about the sidestory, I am reminded of the name, Beetle.

I think Joe will get the Garage & Vehicle. A Volkswagen Bug.

... Unless he can get Frau Gruber a New Vehicle?

If a Jager saw a Volkswagen, would they or The Baron state "What kind of Crazy Contraption is Dat?!?!"

It has No SPARK! Inspiration but it Runs Efficiently.

It is a Bog Basic Bug.

Garment incarnates and immediately decides to be genderfluid because unlike Earth Bet, Europa has decent menswear.
Firstly, modern menswear in more than decent, Garment just less interested in it than woman fashion (And even then, Garment still interested enough in it to try to force Joe in any outfit she can think of. He still to fulfil that promise to wear Bond suit collection with duplicates.)

Secondly, in GG, ladies have all options men have AND all the insanity that is the era's ball gown fashion trends... What is that feeling of Déjà vu?

Thanks for the side story!
A Hellfire Gala eh?
Let's hope Sentinels don't attack this one!

Has someone kept an eye out for what the Machine Army is up to lately? :D
