Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

His stomach's probably just too efficient to produce waste-products. His body has like a dozen different pools of energy it's producing right now, and over time some of those pools of power will increase in size. Potentially indefinitely. While his heart is literally a power reactor now, he's got more than enough things going on in his body for his stomach and intestines to send resources to.

And even then, he's got nanites that could always help break things down even more if something is hard to digest, and could do some shapeshifting shenanigans on top of that. If Joe needs super stomach acid, he can shift into something that has it.

Then there's the divine magical food he can produce. It probably, by its nature, ensures there's not a bad time to be had in the bathroom.

More worryingly: if he does, then how many of his crafting perks apply?

The only perks that might apply are the scavenging and scrounger perks. The ones that ensure nothing is wasted. So, beyond all of the arguments I listed above, if his perks apply to that, well, we're always building and sustaining our body. He probably just doesn't have anything left to expel in the end.

Now, if Joe shapeshifted into a girl with a functional uterus, would his crafting perks affect reproduction?

This poster can only assume… we don't want to know.

Since Joe has to choose whether to craft something, I'd say that just having sex wouldn't trigger the Workaholic perk. Furthermore, that perk is limited to Joe and his duplicates, and as it "takes two to tango", unless Joe's partner also has Workaholic, I think that the perk wouldn't trigger in any case. So no quintuplets in Joe's future.

They know Taylor triggered and didn't get justice because of there fuck up and they lament they Can't use that information to arrest her because it would bring them in to conflict with the forge…. So what happens when it finally comes out shadow stalker was the one to shove her in for the locker? Idk why but that really pissed me off.

Thanks for the chapter.

Any insight into how Taylor is going to weaponize nanotech healing? I'd normally just expect a Wolverine-class determinator but this is little miss escalation.

If she uses her mosquitoes to inject some of her blood into a target do the nanites stay inert?

Will she clue into Heretical Adaptation and that the nanites will adjust/progress over time?

Could she effectively zenkai boost herself through progressive cycles of injury and healing?

I don't remember, did Joe fix her eyesight already? (There was a lot of surplus healing at the storage unit fight)

What do I want to see? Hookwolf vs Taylor, including Taylor visibly powering up for the fight via glowing blue gold 'circuit breaker' lines of nanites and an unlocked omnitool/watch. Preferably concurrent with the revelation that she was the one who originally took down Lung even before she got any gear from Apeiron.

Ok, so I know this is probably a whole april fools thing, but how are the names of Tаylor Hеbert and Louise de la Vallière being swapped? Ah hah, gotcha you little tricky script... Final edit for grammer.

It looks like they have rolled back the name replacement. I saw that it was causing some threads to 404 if they had the name "Taylor" in the url. They also changed the name of the Worm subforum to Familiar of Zero.

QUESTION: In what chapter did Joe make Fleet, Survey, and Matrix their own bodies? Didn't he sacrifice a sliver of his soul to bless/enchant them?

Matrix pretty much had its own body due to being a Nanomachine Hive Mind that is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of the nanites that make it up.

As for Fleet and Survey, well it is kinda hard to keep track of EVERYTHING that went into them. So many perks and tech for them, Hermetical Adaptation being involved, and more included along with specializations such as Survery's sensor abilities. But they got their own, humanoid physical bodies after Joe recovered from his fight with Lung as well as having Tetra mixed into him to the point that alchemy was needed to seperate them.

You know, the point where Tetra and Joe both got a very small glimpse of Truth. The being that scares her even now with her own admission.

I asked this over on AO³ also but what's Joe's transformer alt-mode? We know it's some kind of tech support vehicle but given the nature of cybertronians, is that closer to an ambulance or to a wrecker truck? Or to a regular van full of diagnostic equipment?

I remember something about several thousand years as sci-fi tech support. He was something like grunt level IT. Medical of some form would be higher ranking simply because you are working with people.

That's the thing about cybertronians; they are also technology. Medicine and tech support would be different shades of the same colour for them.

My general thought is that the main difference between a Doctor and an Engineer is that Doctors have more care in making sure their patients are comfortable and the specific components that Cybertronians have (Spark Chamber, T-Cog, Processor), other than that there is indeed a lot of crossover.

But if you need repairs urgently, some random engineer will at least be able to patch up energon lines and weld damaged struts back together.

Remember something about it being a cybertronian tech van. Meaning something that looks like a hybrid of UFO and van, with inside space filled with tools. Also, there was WoG that it has limited levitation capabilities for the sake of reaching high places for maintenance, but no actual flight.

The other difference would be that the Engineer would actually need to know how tech works, and in case of competent tech support also be able to explain to less tech-savvy transformers how to use it. Stuff like knowing how to use Spacebridges even after several millennia of not activating them, how to build a city with Cybertronian Forge and how to solve practical problems (use a gun) is the expertise of an Engineer, not a Doctor.
